    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews My broadband stopped working for 2 hours now. Called your local team in chengalpet but none of it seems interested in concerns. No customer focus. Unexpected such a poor response from airtel.

    @airtelindia Are you guys sleeping for 24 hours? Kindly wake up and look at the concern. Your local service manager Mr. Anoobjo is not able to resolve the concern. Did you collect advance money for no service? Is this your customer's delightful experience? @consumerforum_

    China started 5G service, but still none of these providers still unable provide proper 2G service in my area/location. @reliancejio @airtelindia @VodafoneIN Already did so many complaints but no use...

    @airtelindia had network issue in my location for past 1.5 yrs.I called thm many tyms for resolving the prblm, no response will be thr.But whn i asked to disconnect service,they did it nxt minute itself widout askng anythng. Now for reactivating i physically has to go to store

    @JioCare Done! Unable to get porting confirmation as TRAI says @airtelindia reported outstanding amount from @SharmansCabCo It was unethical of them to do it. Hope you guys can help with that too

    @airtelindia There is no network signal at my location, so thought of raising a complaint in Airtel app. But the chat bot doesn't have a option for it. Please have a look into it ASAP. @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had an existing unlimited pack activated on new sim, I used up the daily data because i was recommended a small pack by the vendor. Now I recharged new unlimited pack to be on top of existing, BUT IT WONT ADD UP! HELP! DM. ASAP.

    Hi @airtelindia, I recharged for unlimited 5G. But after using 8 GB, internet doesn't work. It seems to be very irritating. Why are you limiting data usage even in unlimited pack. Don't excuse poor network because I'm able to use upto 5+GB

    @airtelindia its been 36 hrs around my wifi been down. Its not allowing me to raise ticket. Trees been cutoff along with internet cables. Other ISPs have fixed them in an hour or two with reporting. You folks haven’t even taken any action yet connection id: 0841318235806_wifi

    Never thought @airtelindia will be like this, their sales person promised to install the wifi in 24 hours , after getting the money he booked installation and post that has not been picking up my calls installation engineer called saying new building installation not possible

    @airtelindia Team, Issue is pending for over 4 weeks. Since you have started these from Dec 2025 without me making any changes on my phone, you need to switch these off. Please resolve urgently & stop lying about it being a regulatory requirement. No one else gets these @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Staff I'm requesting a Wi-Fi waiver due to prolonged service issues and no response from your team. Raised complaints & called back many times with no proper resolution. This is my annual plan and I haven't taken any waiver this year. Please @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    There is no or very poor @airtelindia network in my area. I had logged a complaint but @airtelindia closed the ticket without fixing the issue did not even contact me to check if the issue is resolved. This is how @airtelindia works these days
