@airtelindia is showing us so much respect. I have called their customer care for my issue but he said that users is not necessary for @airtelindia because they have other businesses. He was talking from Delhi and He was in the position where CEO can't reach there.

@airtelindia raised a complaint on slow network speeds. After that i just get a sms saying resolved and complaint closed. No one contacted me to check if issue resolved. What customer service!!! Perks of being a customer since 1997 !
