Are you launching just 5-10 towers only and announcing 5G ready city? Very upset.

And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

I had made complain previously that i am not able to send SMS through my phone. But to my surprise the complain have been closed unilaterally and still SMS are not being sent.
