    @airtelindia dear Airtel, I can clearly remember that my 1st mobile no. was from Airtel only, back in 2007 I guess and I had never looked back. That’s 19 yrs of loyalty and now I only need a favour from you that kindly wave off my installation fee without paying 6 months adv.

    2/2 Their response is that they can’t do anything about it since mine is a Delhi circle number & I’m in Patna. They literally agreed that I should switch Jio or other network to avoid such issue! Hats off to the customer support! 👏🏻 (ps: sarcasm) @airtel_presence @airtelindia
