And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

There was no network since morning, what if my friend was traveling or somewhere in the middle of something. This is not a good practice.

Pratyaksh Bharadwaj (@pratyakshb95) reported@skpanda0303 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Just check with netmonster once if it shows NSA disconnected then it means you are not connected to 5G tower and in this case data will be consumed from daily quota of 4G as you are connected to 4G network only 5G in status bar doesn't mean you are using 5G.
