Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia I think you should expend your airtel fiber boundaries. Many person are deprived from your services. My area pin code is 132157 and village name is Nigdhu. My village population would around 20000. I request you to provide Airtel fiber service in my area. Thank you
