when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @DoT_India Hi @airtelindia I'm shifted to Pune and made a transfer request of my xstream fiber to the current location but they said "we can't configure in your area", the nearest building which have fiber installed is just few metres away from me. Could you please fix this problem.

@Airtel_Presence In my area, everytime the power supplies is discontinued, @airtelindia 's network goes down. Kindly audit your secondary power supply of your tower. We facing this situation from last month. I think, either it's not functioning or stolen.

Today I disconnected the connection of airtel fiber net. Because of poor customer support and bad net .Airtel will lose all the customers if its customer support employee does not give basic training on how to talk to the customer. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @AjayChitkara2
