Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Worst Signal Quality Provider is Airtel DTH. Their Haryana Nodal Officer is also unable to resolve the issue. CEO of Airtel DTH #SunilTaldar need to work on their technology R&D otherwise very soon @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews will wipe clean from DTH industry.
