Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Today on the occasion of 26jan i take oath to port all my family airtel no.into jio or VI as @airtelindia india taken me for granted and after multiple complaints about bad network on my sim and poor calling quality,call drop no resolution done even after 20 days since complaint

I am so frustrated by this. If this problem is not solved then i will port my sim to jio happily. Airtel charges more for recharge but service is so pathetic @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , my phone have 2g network not 4g. This is very shameful and disappointing
