Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@majorgauravarya @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Usually customer support guys will be under tremendous pressure to fix issues which many times are out of their control. So, they tend to close tickets before target date. Only solution is to switch to other service providers. Charges for services should be doubled by TRAI.

@airtelindia broadband complaint number 10038476231 is not been resolved yet and I got MSG that it's been resolved. Very unprofessional approach of the executives of a very reputed service provider. Not at all satisfied. Feel like leaving Airtel for good.
