Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia 𝗜 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝘆 10,000 𝗿𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 7 𝗱𝗮𝘆. My debit card transaction ( amount 10,000) failed due to worst network ( every day) service between 6pm to 9:30pm.

@airtelindia Till when will you run this scam of airtel black? Most of the areas are not serviced & this we come to know post all payments & device installation. Airtel stores staff is absolutely pathetic & when contacted they say that they are not responsible for airtel black service.

@airtelindia : Pathetic service is being provided from Airtel India. No resolution of the queries and irrelevant bill charges. The first time I bought this broadband connection,I faced issue with the bill and now again the new connection in new city same is happening.
