Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia’s Srinagar customer care service is the worst one I’ve ever spoken to. On a call duration of 7 minutes I was transferred to & fro 3 departments. Prepaid > PreOnPost > Postpaid and none of their executives had knowledge about switching to a family plan. God’s mercy!

I went to airtel customer care to port my sim into airtel and employee there said me that first recharge is compulsory to be done by company and took 350 Rs. from me. Is it ok or done wrong. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@XiaomiIndia @s_anuj @airtelindia Its totally fake and wrong method to calculate the bandwidth, just divide by 8 that is actual speed of internet. FYI let maximum user latch then check the reality. During testing phase very less user due to this data channel allocation getting good. Dont try to fool customer
