Are you launching just 5-10 towers only and announcing 5G ready city? Very upset.

And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Everytime, I am given the same response: “Your request will be cancelled within 24 hours.” 24 hours passed. Then more time passed. Still not cancelled. How many times does a customer have to hear the same 24-hour promise?

I have recharged data unlimited pack for one day, now the data not connecting.

I port from jio to Airtel and paid all dues still they stopped outgoing. Its serious issue in case of emergency its life threatened.
