    when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Team,we have logged a complaint for unavailability of internet. There has been no resolution for past 48 hrs. The technician came, diagnosed and left saying he would come back later. 3 calls to the customer care since morning. Don't you have a SLA ?

    @airtelindia been a customer from last 15 years. Horrible services currently in kharadi Pune. Last month changed the Android set-top box under Airtel black scheme and told there will be no charges, now they have added it in bill. Told 1 month wifi free but charged that as well.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i did talktime recharge, and my number is showing inactive and still asking to recharge, I am unable to contact customer care executive. Requesting immediate help here. Else will have to switch on another network

    @airtelindia your network with AWS is hampered after the outage 3-4 days back. Ping to aws Ireland server is very high, which was working fine before. Your technical team isn't able to resolve this. May be someone up the hierarchy can??
