@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You announced 5G launch in #Kolkata but in 90% places of Kolkata city, airtel 5G network is unavailable. 5G is unavailable in Heart of Kolkata(Central,Dalhousi etc). Are you launching just 5-10 towers only and announcing 5G ready city? Very upset.

Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

I called to customer care they put my call on mute and then disconnected the call..never expected such behavior from a reputated company..my salary will deduct my manager gonna scold me due to absence..using airtl since 10 years but not dnt wanna use @airtelindia

@airtelindia Watching a thriller!! R u kidding me? Airtel gives me a 2g data Speed in my location inspite of paying for a 4g 2gb/day annual pack. "Promises are made to be broken" thank you for setting up such a beautiful example for last 3 months . Regret having a @airtelindia connection.
