@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You announced 5G launch in #Kolkata but in 90% places of Kolkata city, airtel 5G network is unavailable. 5G is unavailable in Heart of Kolkata(Central,Dalhousi etc). Are you launching just 5-10 towers only and announcing 5G ready city? Very upset.

Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia i want to discontinue my airtel black services. I paid all the bills. Now your customer care is asking me to pay 350 extra to discontinue services It's not showing me in the airtel thanks app but he wants me to manually enter amount by going to your site.Seems fraud

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence May I know why can't a sim card be swapped without the physical presence of the owner ? what if My mom is disabled and she cannot visit a store her number cannot be swapped ? Bad experience
