    when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare Aur kitna cooperate krna h , kal ticket raise kri us waqt 1 hr ki deadline thi. Aapne uses 24 hrs ki kar li abhi bhi kam hota hua nahi dikh rha, agar 24 hr ho jaenge to fr extend kr doge. Problem still same! Is this the way u give service to ur customer @airtelindia is far better

    @airtelindia Pathetic service. I lodged a complaint regarding my wifi connection but no response since last 3 days and the problem has been recurrent since last year. The ground technicians do not bother Regret availing services from airtel
