when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very unprofessional behaviour of the service engineer assigned. Wifi down for more than 24hours. Ticket Id 10114705172. It seems my only connection with Airtel is paying the bills and raising request. The engineer don't even bother to update.
