@airtelindia @Airtelcare3 Waiting at your fort mumbai branch from the past 20 min yet to be served. No one at the front to guide customer's. When asked for the manager was told he/she is busy on a zoom meeting. Very disappointed

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There is a ditch in Palam Vihar Gurgaon, which has Airtel connections but cover is broken. Being right next to road, it is dangerous for cars and specially two wheelers. Someone may lose his life. Airtel shud be held responsible. @MunCorpGurugram

@airtelindia @VittalGopal why airtel is not providing invoice for prepaid users. In their site and Airtel app they are just giving transaction history alone. How people submit invoice for their claims. Worst customer care service which doesn’t have option to talk to live agent.
