    when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia and @JioCare You have pathetic network since last 2 weeks in rural part of my City Karkala, Udupi district, Karnataka. Airtel sent me text msg 3 weeks ago saying you have updated network coverage which lasted for week long. Jio is the alternative I use also oos.

    2. This is clear case of cheat and fraud with consumer where the network coverage was told very good by sales team but in actual it is weak. @airtelindia : i want to port in back to airtel , kindly suggest how to do that? I recently port out from airtel and it was bad decision.
