    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You announced 5G launch in #Kolkata but in 90% places of Kolkata city, airtel 5G network is unavailable. 5G is unavailable in Heart of Kolkata(Central,Dalhousi etc). Are you launching just 5-10 towers only and announcing 5G ready city? Very upset.

    @JioCare @reliancejio After 3 Years of Continue Use I Decided to Left Jio and Join @airtelindia due to there worst service in Our locality. No action taken after many complains.Where @Airtel_Presence and @VodafoneIN take prompt action after any Customer complain. #Jiodown

    Airtel makes subscription activation easy, but where is the cancel/remove option in the Airtel Thanks app? Google One, Adobe Express & Perplexity Pro can be activated easily, but cancelling them requires customer care calls. Please add a transparent selcancel option.@airtelindia

    @airtelindia It's been 12 days, no action from your end, how do you think a customer should react to this non sense, you have generated a fresh bill , what for ? Half of the month i couldn't use your services due to your service team's negligence and had to do multiple recharges on my phone

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence worst broadband support experience. Customer care says engineer will fix CGNAT/Open NAT issue, engineer says customer care will do it. Nobody understands basic networking. Now your technicians stopped answering calls. Completely anti-consumer.
