    Rel #1019905214. Loyal customer for 10+ years. There was sudden charge for netflix after it was initially used in 2018. we never used it after 2018. Should have been informed if reactivated/charged again. Please remove unfair charges @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence Issue is inconsistent & occurs multiple times in a day. Everytime new person handles i had to explain issue to him. Till now explained to subordinates, supervisors, backend team etc. Pls check records. Im disappointed the way this SR is handled by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 1. No network signals, but your so called open network is showing excellent network 2. Complaints get closed without any resolution (your way to have zero complaints) 3. Your help is aking me to call 121 without network, isn't this crazy?
