    @airtelindia My service reference number 10015375410 . My connection got disconnected on 17.01.22 and you had promised that I will get my refund within 45days. I have not received the refund yet and no one has yet come to collect the router. What a bad service airtel has.

    @JioCare Will do, but I would like to give @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence a chance as it had been our family's trusted network for a very long time and also I have a 60+ days recharge which will go to waste. However I'll port another number soon which is due in a month.
