@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I rchrgd for 578 rupees on 18/5/20 for number 9597343454 but the txn is failed but the amount debited from my account .but when checked with Gpay , they confirmed this issue to be checked with airtel as the amount is been payed to airtel successful

Numerous calls to customer care @airtelindia . But reaching to them is like finding way in a maze. They are too much concentrated in advertisement and telling the customers regarding covid precautions. If u get tym check connectivity at pincode 493225.

@airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Sad to see billing process airtel has. Got my bill for full month cycle with all outages happened last month even when promised for waive of for outage days. Customer care says we have to call and ask for waive off. As you treating your customers as beggars?
