@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I rchrgd for 578 rupees on 18/5/20 for number 9597343454 but the txn is failed but the amount debited from my account .but when checked with Gpay , they confirmed this issue to be checked with airtel as the amount is been payed to airtel successful

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Still waiting for Root Cause Analysis information from Prepaid/Mobility/Broadband team. This issue keeps happening regularly since May 2021. Unless Airtel assures that Root Cause has been identified and resolved, I will not stop following up on this.
