    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I rchrgd for 578 rupees on 18/5/20 for number 9597343454 but the txn is failed but the amount debited from my account .but when checked with Gpay , they confirmed this issue to be checked with airtel as the amount is been payed to airtel successful

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence You guys are such careless creed of shameless thieves. I was given a commitment of shifting my connection by last week, have been following up everyday. The CSEs give fake assurances of resolution by every End of Day!! Disastrous!!!!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What kind of marketing strategy is this? Both Airtel Centers in Nagpur refused to give me a new WiFi Dongle as my old one is not working. The Center Head says I must buy a new plan first! Seriously disappointing. @jagograhakjago Please check your DM, for details.

    Worst support. Your staff in a physical office are not even able to deactivate a sim and reissue a new sim, even after complaining twice that the sim is lost. It's been 3 weeks.If any issue arise to my safety, airtel staff will be held responsible. Pathetic service @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel Raised a shifting request on 30th Aug 2026 and it's still not addressed. It's been days and I'm left waiting. Can someone please look into this and resolve it ASAP? Extremely disappointing service. #AirtelShifting #PoorService
