    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I rchrgd for 578 rupees on 18/5/20 for number 9597343454 but the txn is failed but the amount debited from my account .but when checked with Gpay , they confirmed this issue to be checked with airtel as the amount is been payed to airtel successful

    Worst service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence! Req: 11036128994. Raised 3 times, no shows on first 2 req. Tech came 3rd time, ruined config, & left. Now internet dead for 2 days while req is marked "resolved", support ignoring calls. Fix it ASAP!

    @airtelindia @PMOIndia I supposed airtel is bigger brand in india as a internet service provider but wifi is constantly not working and neither your customer care experts are their to pick up calls . No one is responding .

    @airtelindia you are the worst service provider I have seen. Cannot help me with my wifi that is down since Saturday. Cannot send 1 technician to fix the issue in 5 days. Your technicians do not even answer the calls and always have their phones switched off and your customer

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Over 36 hours and still no Airtel Broadband at Bund Garden and Koregaon Park — Pune's prime central localities. Frequent outages and extremely delayed restoration have become the norm. This level of service is unacceptable. @airtelindia Please fix this urgently. #Pune #Airtel
