@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I rchrgd for 578 rupees on 18/5/20 for number 9597343454 but the txn is failed but the amount debited from my account .but when checked with Gpay , they confirmed this issue to be checked with airtel as the amount is been payed to airtel successful

The ones that installed my @Airtel_Presence airtel fibre, now when i have some issues they don't even pick up the phone. Unbelievable that airtel has given such ppl the fibre contract. I demand strict action against MANZOOR AHMED BEIGH who is incharge in Anantnag J&K @airtelindia

@airtelindia horrible service Airtel black. I registered for airtel black and I was told I will get call in 4 hours but it's been 3 weeks no call, HORRIBLE SERVICE. now I am gettings 100 mails, FB pages fill with airtel black ads BUT PROMISED CALL. Called CC as usual horrible.

@airtelindia You just do advertising but NO SERVICE. ITS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Noone calls back I have event ID but no response few weeks when I was told I will receive call in 4 HOURS. CC don't help at all, I have 3 airtel postpd numbers but never got help, just wondering why am I with airtel

@reliancejio wanted to Port from Airtel to jio .made 100 req on your website and app all gone waste.guess this is service we get for customer who want to join. Thank god I didn't Port orelse I can imag @airtelindia @vodafonein1 they may charge more but customer service is awesome

@airtelindia Since yesterday I'm struggling with broadband connectivity. My wife and my office work get impacted - no solution. Ur Engg. called but no ETA for resolution. It seems issue in my modem but none bother 2 visit my flat. I took airtel 15 days ago-pathetic!

@reliancejio Your service is very pathetic.Took 4days to install 1 fibre connection & today they have told there is back end issue which will get resolved in 24hrs.I mean how u want to be digital giant if can’t get 1 connection setup? FYI.with @airtelindia it was done in 2hrs
