@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I rchrgd for 578 rupees on 18/5/20 for number 9597343454 but the txn is failed but the amount debited from my account .but when checked with Gpay , they confirmed this issue to be checked with airtel as the amount is been payed to airtel successful

@airtelindia Airtel app and airtel customer service both are a scam. Had the worst experience of all time in airtel. Have been using it for a long time, but seems like airtel wants it customer to port out.

Whenever I call JIO customer support, they will tell "this is a temporary problem and we are working to fix it soon". But I think 1 year was enough to get frustrated and so now I decided to change the Service Provider. I hope @airtelindia would be a good choice.

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence today at 12pm suddenly network gone in Narhegaon Pune. After 1.5 hrs the service was resume but the internet has not yet resumed. I can call and send msgs but internet is missing. Please do the needful.
