@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I rchrgd for 578 rupees on 18/5/20 for number 9597343454 but the txn is failed but the amount debited from my account .but when checked with Gpay , they confirmed this issue to be checked with airtel as the amount is been payed to airtel successful

@airtelindia I have DTH connection from airtel. Some of channels are not coming and showing an error (TV code:B001). I called the customer service, ,they said their is problem with signals and technician would come only on chargeable basis which has to borne by me. WHY???
