@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I rchrgd for 578 rupees on 18/5/20 for number 9597343454 but the txn is failed but the amount debited from my account .but when checked with Gpay , they confirmed this issue to be checked with airtel as the amount is been payed to airtel successful

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I see that your SIM card stops working suddenly and customers are advised to visit the store pay 50Rs for no reason and take new SIM card… I hear that it could be due to sim internal damage, but I saw more than 3 customers in store with same issue…
