    @airtelindia please dont close down 3g network. I barely get 4g in my area. Galis have this problem only 3g spectrum is strong enough to go throw thicks walls

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence never expected that airtel can go to this level,registering complaints so many times and still no resolution . The engineer comes only to get the happy code,not at all concern about the problem being resolved or not.

    @airtelindia I've been receiving calls from banks/people asking for the previous user of the Airtel Postpaid Sim I've had for over 1.5 years now. They claim he was able to call them from the same number even a few months ago. Customer service was no help. Pls look into it!

    @airtelindia Hi team I'm using#Airtel Xtreme today I'm wrongly added 242 Hollywood Diaries but I can't remove this channel because it should be charge Rs2 per day. It's so high for me I'm trying Dth customer care executive he also trying to remove but cannot remove this channel.

    @Airtel_Presence What error are you talking about @airtelindia ? "1947" is the number to contact UIDAI government organization in case of any issue in aadhar card. When i dial this number from @Airtel_Presence I get this number is not valid.

    @airtelindia I have been behind Airtel customer support for more than 4 weeks to give me a proper invoice for the prepaid payment I recently made. They say I am not entitled to an invoice and invoice is provided only for corporate customers What on earth are these rules!!

    @airtelindia Still my refund is not done, is been 60 days as per airtel policy to refund my money and still there is no response from airtel team, these guys are so cruel. they act like they are the best in customer service, give my money back
