    Do you know what's slower than a snail or a Tortoise? It's none other than @airtelindia. It takes 45 days for a refund when you disconnect the service. FU information age and online banking, @airtelindia still deals in cheques and FU COVID because @airtelindia is still in 2012.

    @Airtel_Presence Suddenly @airtelindia data network drops to 2G. Its been a week. Raised complaints twice. SLA is 8 days 😓. Digital transformation may be fast but we should see the customers issue asap. I am losing my paid data/day pack 🥺. PLEASE HELP!!
