    Rs19, Rs.79 plan does not include SMS benefit. This has been done to specifically not allow users to port out from Airtel. Why should I go for unlimited plan for sending SMS, which is basic service & user be allowed to send SMS (if they have balance @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Worst service of airtel as usual. I have done the recharge in my phone but this time they have given me 2G data pack instead of 4G. Also 2G is officially closed by airtel in India eventhough they have provided me 2G data this time.
