    @airtelindia Airtel DTH provide used setup box made customer service bad. Setup box compliant (no 66444710) in 2 month and selling adapter separately. Service charges for compliant set-up Box replacement Rs. 150.

    @airtelindia Despite making a recharge at 5.11 pm, the internet services has not been restored yet. When communicated with Customer care at 7.41 pm, they say we have escalated your complaint n it would be sorted out in the next 4 hrs. Pathetic service n casual approach.

    @airtelindia I got my mom phone recharged (international roaming ) via Amazon. It’s not activated yet. I talked to Amazon and they said that airtel may be taking time to activate it and that Amazon cannot do anything about it. I EXPECTED BETTER SERVICE

    @airtelindia I have 4 postpaid connection but service is very worst. if you can not provide good service then shut down your network. If one day late for paying bill you will stop our service, then why you are not provide quality of service.
