    @Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia, from past 3 days I haven’t faced any network issues. I don’t know what you did for this but it is very great help to me. I hope this will continue long even though you get more number of customers.

    @airtelindia i am using your postpaid network, my mobile network is not working from last 2 days. I have sent an e mail regarding this the said we have solved the problem but its not working.can you please check and clear the problem.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I lodged a complaint about my Airtel wifi on Friday August 7 at 11.40 AM. It's been more than 48 hours and my wifi is still not working and my complaint has not been resolved. Pathetic and disgusting customer service!

    @airtelindia Hi Team, why is your installation service so poor??. Few months back, I had booked an Airtel connection and they didn't show up for three days and then I cancelled the request. Now again your engineer is not picking the call. Service req # 04447889426.

    @airtelindia **2/4** Fiber was finally installed on **16 July**, but the **DTH included in the same plan was NEVER installed**, despite numerous calls and follow-ups from my end. After repeatedly chasing Airtel for a service I had already paid for, I was left with no option but to call it off

    @airtelindia when there is an issue with internet (Airfiber), there should be a possibility to speak with real people and not just spend hours on your Airtel chat bot. It is particularly difficult when the installation is at the residence of aged people.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence facing network issues since last 10 days.. not able to access Internet on your airtel fast tag lane. So many network complaint raised unfortunately no resolution. Pls check now and confirm

    @airtelindia @TRAI the site doesn't mention the apellate authority for escalation for complaints for DTH connection. currently we can raise a complaint only if you are already a DTH activated and customer ID given but not for customers who have paid an advance for connection

    @airtelindia It is so frustrating to get support for WiFi service disruption. It took more than 7 days to reactivate internet just 45 days before. Today again since morning it’s not working and on submission of complain, received msg that service mgr will contact on 13th aug

    Even though I paid my Airtel Business connection bill on 25/07, I’m still receiving messages saying the bill is overdue and that my connection will be discontinued. I raised a ticket on 30/07 and shared all the necessary documents, but the issue is still unresolved @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with your broadband service. I raised a complaint regarding my Airtel Wi-Fi 5 days ago, and there has been absolutely no response or resolution yet. Is this the level of service Airtel provides to its customers. Complaint # 11036799892
