    @Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia, from past 3 days I haven’t faced any network issues. I don’t know what you did for this but it is very great help to me. I hope this will continue long even though you get more number of customers.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic service in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. It's been 5 days without Wi-Fi. I raised a service request on 26th, but there has been no update or progress since then. This level of customer support is unacceptable. Please resolve this issue immediately.

    @airtelindia your service in Gujarat is not good. I have paid your fees and I been waiting for installation for 4 days now! Your customer service is not able to do anything other than ask me to “wait 24 hours”. Can you not even do installation on time?

    @airtelindia It’s been 1 week since I’m requesting my Airtel Wi-Fi shifting. I’ve called customer care multiple times, but no one is helping. Every day it’s just “kal ho jayega.” Either shift my connection immediately or refund my payment. Very disappointing service. #Airtel

    @airtelindia Worst experience ever. Never ever recommend your wifi services. When I tried to reach you via phone IVR says we can’t connect you to advisor due to system upgradtion. When I raised the ticket via your app it closed off within 24 hours without any resolution.

    first you need to improve your service quality for what you are selling and what you are giving, in 5g unlimited plan on 5g phone you are deducting daily data balance why? if it is unlimited plan it shuldn't be deducted frm daily data limt until ntwrk switc to 4g @airtelindia
