    @Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia, from past 3 days I haven’t faced any network issues. I don’t know what you did for this but it is very great help to me. I hope this will continue long even though you get more number of customers.

    @airtelindia i am using your postpaid network, my mobile network is not working from last 2 days. I have sent an e mail regarding this the said we have solved the problem but its not working.can you please check and clear the problem.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews your broadband is down in Nashik Samarth nagar area since 2 PM yesterday, what accountability will u take beyond a formal apology? Upon contacting customer care only getting automated ETA , I’m loosing my business are u going to recover the loss?

    It's now 7 days straight and the third class @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can't rectify the Wifi that has gone phut. Be wary of these guys! I had multiple connections with them & each one of them I ported to a better service provider over the last one year. Gutter class service!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the broadband internet is completely down snd there is no option in IVR to reach a human who can understand or acknowledge the issue. Completely ridiculous . Pls help me in reaching out to customer care instead of giving bot based answers over IVR

    Dear @Airtel_Presence, I have been facing persistent internet issues. When I tried to raise a service request via the Airtel Thanks app, it failed with an error message repeatedly. Please look into this urgently and resolve my connectivity issue. @airtelindia @airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews If you a person living outside India-Normal talk time recharge won't get you an OTP like before. You gotta have an International Roaming pack which costs Rs.118*validity of 28 days* and to get that active u also need a base Indian Plan ?Bro WTF I simply need to keep my a/c alive.

    Hi @airtelindia, I have subscribed to 998 wifi+tv 40 mbps plan in which OTTs like Jio Hotstar, Netflix, Prime, Zee5 are free. But I can't able to access Amazon Prime, it's showing already claimed. Help me out with this. My linked phone number is 7355185824. Kindly help.
