@Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia, from past 3 days I haven’t faced any network issues. I don’t know what you did for this but it is very great help to me. I hope this will continue long even though you get more number of customers.

@Airtel_Presence I called 3 field engineers 2 are not picking the call and other says he is on leave. So I called the guy who setup the connection for the first time and he just cut the call when I said an issue. Till now no-one called me,I lost my trust on @airtelindia & @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Since yesterday my SIM stopped working. I went a Airtel store and replaced the SIM. But now Airtel customer care asked that the SMS service will start after 24 hours. I'm facing so much trouble because any Bank related OTP not coming to my mobile. Card payment due.

@airtelindia you are charging us and not providing the service!! I have recharged my number on 27th oct and all incoming/outgoing calls are blocked, net not working, can't contact customer support.. pathetic experience!! Just return my money!!
