@Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia, from past 3 days I haven’t faced any network issues. I don’t know what you did for this but it is very great help to me. I hope this will continue long even though you get more number of customers.

I am tired of such kind of poor service by airtel. Its lile a fraud by them.I contact a airtel broadband provider in my city for internet connection.Once he asked for money i gave it to him and then he started delaying his services and @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @askairtel

In spite of trying to reach @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence customer service, no contact is being made by @airtelindia with me. They only gave me false assurance to solve my issue. Such a disappointment 😡

Airtel now smartly avoiding direct calls to customer care and even we don't have Chat Bot. 121 or 198 will not solve all our problems. Earlier it was good, just wait for 10 minutes to connect to customer care . Please call back @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia .
