    @airtelindia i am using your postpaid network, my mobile network is not working from last 2 days. I have sent an e mail regarding this the said we have solved the problem but its not working.can you please check and clear the problem.

    When I asked for the WhatsApp proof, the story changed: apparently it was activated through the Thanks App. Small problem: my father doesn't even have the Thanks App. When I asked for proof, @airtelindia 's answer: “we don't have provision to share the details.” (2/n)

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Airtel is on the verge of end in terms of customer services, the brand known for its commitment is loosing its goodwill because of inefficient team. Very disappointed with the worse services. Its a time to change i guess.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence If this is how Airtel treats Black customers, I see no reason to continue with Airtel. I am now seriously considering moving my mobile, broadband and IPTV services away from Airtel. This is not the service I am willing to pay for. #Airtel #AirtelBlack #AirtelIndia

    @airtelindia @airtelindia I am still waiting for your response. You haven’t even asked for the number on which I made the recharge. What details are you actually looking into? Is this the kind of customer service Airtel provides? I simply want to get an accidental recharge corrected.
