    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Paid ₹1,500 for a new Wi-Fi connection 10 days ago, but no installation yet. Repeatedly called customer support with no response rupdate. This is unacceptable. process my refund immediately since the service has ntbeen provided. #refund#airtel

    It’s a pain to NRIs and India’s annoying OTP system! Everything required OTPs! And @airtelindia and @reliancejio loots customers with forcing international packages otherwise blocking incoming messages, meanwhile most of apps don’t allow foreign numbers. This needs a fix asap!

    @manujosephsan @airtelindia Ported all family members to VI and one spare JIO number for tackling connecting or travel issue if happened... Airtel behave like a mafia?! Experienced in broadband service from them?! They do shaddy things like no internet foreny hours*?! Now in Airtel fibre no problem??
