@airtelindia I am a long time user of airtel and it brings me great displeasure to say that your service is now subpar. My mobile Internet doesn't work uninterrupted. Even the broadband service is really bad. In the past few weeks it had broken connection for 10-15 times

Regretfully experienced very poor service from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , had applied a new fiber optic connection at aurangabad 5 days back, yet the connection is not installed yet. Contact persons were only active till the payment was done, after that only vague responses
