    Your Team sucks man! @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence I paid 3 months Xtreme fiber on 15 July 2022. You guys just promise me the installation team would come but no one shows up. This has been happening for the past 4 days. I want my refund, Would never suggest your plan ever.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There seems no way to reach out to you. If I raise a ticket, it is closed without even providing a solution. If I call the customer care,it's always a computerised voice. @TRAI these service providers are just taking our money.

    @airtelindia such unprofessional behaviour with Agartala team .people even bother to gride customer properly just ordering customer take mask fast then enter to showroom or get our . Even after asking if any simple mask available.they said get your mask and talk .
