    Mistake 1-The idiots at @reliancejio made typos in application. Mistake 2-The typos blocking further requests. Even MNP. Mistake 3 -The idiots have no idea how to proceed. Never thought I would say this, but guys at @airtelindia are angels in comparison. At least the CCare.

    Guys how do I remove @airtelindia wifi connection. It's not working more than 10 days a month. Will be shifting to @reliancejio air fiber. Tommorow is my last day of payment renewal and I don't want airtel wifi anymore.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews After escalating, I was finally given a 24-hour resolution time. I also found the nearby fiber distribution box left open with loose cables (photo attached). Please investigate and provide the actual reason instead of repeated delays.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence, my Xstream Fiber is on ₹499/40Mbps Unlimited plan but actual speed is ~10 KB/s - barely usable. In-app diagnosis, optimise & complaint options all loop to the same bot reply with no fix. Please escalate to a technician urgently. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I requested to remove my wifi connection in May and paid my dues, talked to multiple people on the customer service and even travelled all the way from Asansol to Hyderabad with the router and returned it. Yet I am still receiving calls and msgs from airtel to pay my
