    @airtelindia @airtelnews Your Fibre Broadband is down in Indira Nagar, Lucknow and no updates are available from anywhere except that it will be restored in 5-6 hours. That 5-6 hours remains unchanged since past 12 hours.

    Disappointed with @airtelindia and @perplexity_ai. Their partnership is forcing you as an end user to pay for an AI that you may or may not find value in. I tried “managing my subscription” through the app — but since I’m on IOS and it’s not managed by Apple you can’t unsubscribe there. I tried “managing my subscription” through the browser — but perplexity only allows you to upgrade and pay more. Not cancel a free Airtel provided subscription. At this point it is just disappointing to see that’s how they making these frustrating dark patterns. As a regular developer it should be easy to for someone like to figure this out. But if I can’t — I wonder what’s happening to all the other regular folk out there. Good luck trying to mail their support.

Later, the installation engineer informed me that service is unavailable in my area. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no response or update from Airtel

    @airtelindia I have an active ₹379 plan with unlimited 5G, a 5G phone, 5G SIM, and I’m clearly connected to 5G. But for the past 6 days, after 2GB usage, I keep getting capped — even on 5G. No fix.#airtel

    @Bajaj_Finance After updating also getting calls. One of useless organisation. After telling not interested calling several times irritating people back to back begging call people about OD/loans. @airtelindia @reliancejio kindly block them all calls. India’s worst call centre is Bajaj Finance

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Hi, your service request 10989081755 has been assigned to engineer xxxxxxxxx (xxxxxxxx). He will contact Till time everyday we are complaining daily and no one's interested in solving this out . Airtel Black will charge you heavy but service is zero..
