    I am experiencing the worst service , my mistake was choosing airtel network . We contacted airtel for installation of wifi ,they took the advance payment of rs.6543 for the same, but after some hours they said we can't install the fiber connection.@airtelindia plz look into it

    @airtelindia 3rd class 4G speed. Airtel unable to provide solution. 4G Speed is like 10kbps.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews my broadband connection is down from 4 pm today and there is no one to attend to this issue... How do you expect your consumers to WFH or study with this kind of services. Fibernet connectivity needs strong on ground support 🤔

    @airtelindia I am having network issues since a week. After 9pm I am not able to use my internet even though I have used the Airtel thanks app for complaining, but still it has not been fixed. Airtel is telling that they will have zero complaints, with providing such bad network.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you guys are a disgrace of a service provider. Your open network shows a Airtel receiver tower a block away from my place and yet the network disconnects every ******* 5 mins. Learn from @reliancejio . They’re at least consistently pathetic.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There has been an absolute disregard of india penal codes by your customer service representatives when they are lying to customer on recorded calls. I am a new customer to airtel and totally disappointed and disgusted by the service provided
