    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you are the worst service provider. You took 1500 on 20th march, but yet to install wifi. I Visited your store twice, they don't have a solution, I called 121, 198 multiple times, yet no response. Please, cancel my order and refund the money.

    @airtelindia Paid for JioHotstar but never got access. Complained multiple times, visited store, shared proofs. Now you say “expired” while your team says “active” — totally contradictory. Clear mis-selling & harassment. Fix this in or I escalate to TRAI & Consumer Court. #Airtel

    @airtelindia @Sunilmittal_ @TRAI Stops to level of 0.1 MBPS and as a customer you got to know after calling the tele caller executive which is again a very painful exercise to reach out to them. And Icing on the cake is you cant purchase a booster plan left out to either get your number MNP or w8 for billing

    @airtelindia Very frequent internet drop in Bangalore. Have raised multiple requests already. Mechanical response. By the time someone is supposed to come, connection restores and they cancel the visit. Will be forced to let go of Airtel if not treated seriously.
