    @airtelindia Worst Customer support experience ever. When I call customer support, they call me you are my priority postpaid customer and promise me to get resolution fast. They gave me 21st may time to resolve your issue but no resolution yet, even no calls or msg. received yet.

    @Airtel_Presence Dear @airtelindia , I am facing issues from Yesterday and my sim is functioning in 2G. It's very uncomfortable to live a basic life without the internet even after paying heavy recharge amounts. It's not just an internet issue. @jagograhakjago can we do anything regarding please?

    @airtelindia Airtel, if you worked on internet & network quality as much as you torture customers with recharge reminders, there would be no need for follow-ups. Poor service — neither internet works properly nor network stays stable, yet you talk about 5G.
