    I have called @airtelindia DTH services customer care regarding to get the refund of my DTH cable xtreme box and got a very annoying answer stating that " no refund will be made as it's not showing on own system " is that a way of answering to the customer ?

    @airtelindia your cross connections are happening too ******* often now. Before every single call i hear someone else on the other line or someone completely different answer a call. FIX IT.
