  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Serivce request 10947303842 was raised with planned resolution date as 23-May-26. My calendar shows that planned date is passed by 4 days. Which universe calendar you guys are using?

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is not a phone issue. Same problem on multiple devices and numbers → clear network/tower issue. Generic troubleshooting won’t help. Need real action, not template replies.

  @airtelindia Worst service. Since 10 days my dth is not working. Your team mismatched the numbers and my dth is not working even after me paying my bill. The support staff is worst. Untrained and no respect for customers. I will switch to @reliancejio after this month.
