    It’s the 3rd day today that my broadband is not working and your technicians don’t even bother to pick the phone calls. When are you going to improve your pathetic services @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There are many other good options available in my area and you are going to loose me by today evening.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia On 1st occasion, a technician came and said I havent got any material and will come back later and never showed up again. He called through the IVR driven number so I cant reach back nor call anyone as everything is IVR/ AI driven now

    My issue with Airtel has been pending for almost a year! 😤 I've called multiple times, finally got a message an engineer would visit today. I've been waiting all morning, shared my address, but still no reply. Is this how you treat customers? 😡Please resolve this! @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @DoT_India Promised an Airtel connection in Chennai within 2 days. It’s been 4+ days. Equipment is installed but not activated, internet isn’t working, and despite multiple calls, there’s no resolution or even a complaint reference number.     @airtelindia Dear Airtel, I have been trying to get support for over a month but have received no resolution. My connection was converted to postpaid without my knowledge or consent. I never requested this change and want my number restored to prepaid. My number is being shown as unauthorized, yet charges have continued to be added and an outstanding amount is now being displayed. Despite repeated attempts, I have been unable to speak to a responsible executive. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be shifted to postpaid without their explicit consent and then be asked to pay charges for a service they never requested.
