Imagine working from home with Internet down. @airtelindia is making me do it. Wfh ya hybrid pe ho, be careful. What's more: cust care se baat bhi nahi ho pati. Hidden behind a wall of automated bots.

@airtelindia had called for safe custody Airtel DTH 2 months back and had also received a callback from dth team. But now i see all that the safe custody was never activated. Pathetic service and no resolution from customer care team.
