    @airtelindia hey.. my granny has a basic keyboard phone and she uses Airtel sim. I recharged 100rs plan which was shown in phone pay for her number. However the services were discontinued and had to pay again. Please help.

    @airtelindia could you please explain why have I been charged ₹50 for my sim change where as the charges is ₹25. You network isn’t that great and your outlet are waiting to fool people.

    How many days do you take to resolve a broadband issue @airtelnews . It’s been 4 days and counting. And @airtelindia #panchkula office has no clue when and how the issue would be resolved. No Internet service in Sector 8 panchkula since 4 days now.

    @JioCare Hello Team No engineer visited since last 3 days even after repetitive calls and mails. I visited Jio fibre office and they informed me they cannot resolve this issue till 8-10 months. Thank you for pathetic customer service @airtelindia Time to say Hello
