@Airtel_Presence Hello @airtelindia , my internet issue yet not resolved and unfortunately you guys are still billing me on full rent. When I asked for bill waiver they said only 500 can be given back. Now what to do. Such a big market player if you do this that's call bad luck to you. Not happy

@airtelindia Hi team what is your SLA for complaint resolution . My wifi is not working from past 5 days. I have called 8 times on your call centre , dropped 2 mails . Instead of resolution there is not even a response . Since when Airtel became so bad in customer service .

@airtelindia Internet stops working occasionally and that to entire day. This time today is 2nd consecutive not working day. There are no executives who can be contacted. Old ones have left. It's very difficult to work with this kind of internet connectivity. Nagpur

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my complaint 31-4255536102557, (27th Aug) reg DND calls, is closed without any resolution on 05th Sep. Your customer service rep refuses to reopen this today. He filed a new one 31-4267713425603. The time took to make this one is 10+ minutes. Too bad

@Airtel_Presence It seems I am being punished for being @airtelindia customer. As a customer I need to pay for the services which they are not providing me from approx a month and when requesting for leaving Airtel I need to pay more. either install my broadband or release me from it with waiver
