I even asked them to provide me new internet connection as their old one is not working at all (yes free of cost because why would i pay for their ****) @airtelindia @airtelnews Even if i delay payment for 1 day they charge late fees but there is no consequence for them.

@airtelindia My complaint regarding poor network is still on hold and the Airtel app shows that my network is as strong as ever (of course it's your own app). Kindly get your network validated and start looking at customer's complaint seriously.
