  @airtelindia service request no. 31-1000013238275 marked resolved without letting me know the resolution. Customer care explanation was incorrect so Ai was told her manager will investigate but no response and case marked closed. It better I port to another company. #airtelFraud

  Please avoid @airtelindia fibre. Their support team is terrible. After facing issues with Jio, I switched to Airtel. I booked and paid on the first day and have been waiting for three days. The technician doesn’t pick up the call and today he said I have to raise a complaint.

  @airtelindia Why I am not re-charging my Airtel sim..? because poor connectivity and poor internet access.!!! Why Airtel company is giving value worth service?! The failure of the company is only due to non-giving prompt service for which a coustomer is paid for...
