@airtelindia Hi Airtel I requested for fibre connection but during the installation process come to know that there is no fibre optic in my area once fibre available Airtel will upgrade it to the fibre. Now the customer care executive saying I need to change my plan. why??

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had registered a complaint for my Airtel Xstream Fiber ID 022101316895_mh with service request no 132845414. 48hrs already gone no response. pathetic service, I made 4 calls since today morning.Maybe this forces me to opt for other service provider
