    @airtelindia I am unable to use the internet for the last 5–6 days. Despite raising multiple requests and follow-ups, I have not received any proper response from Airtel support. This level of service is extremely disappointing, and I am not happy with the experience anymore.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence using the airtel xstream from a while now , I own a gaming cafe and Relying on single Connection only but in every 2 month i face the same network issue, literally pissed with the service engineer isn’t aligned yet, Complain has been ppen from 3 days

    @Starboy2079 @airtelindia This is completely wrong. Prepaid users aren’t using your services for free. In fact, they pay before using your services. Giving priority to postpaid customers and ignoring prepaid customers in network availability is completely unethical. It’s a blatant case of extortion. You are forcing customers to opt for postpaid services if they want better services!

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, your local guy Vikas promised a resolution but is now ghosting my calls. Meanwhile, I can't even raise a ticket online because of an "area issue" error. It's been a full day of zero internet during WFH. Need this escalated NOW.
