    @airtelindia Extremely poor customer service, no network since morning and no where to get any answer from, customer care don't have a person to talk to, airtel stores are also closed. This is absolute pathetic from @airtelindia

    @sohanasen @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had similar experience with Airtel team but on post connection where they say we’re escalating the issues each and every time i called and after struggle for almost 10 days.

    without fixing the issue, and without my consent. No engineer has visited my place. This is by far the poorest customer service experience I have had. Should've stayed with airtel @airtelindia
