@airtelindia hate your broadband service. No response from this Airtel Hyderabad. One of your sales person Bhimraj has taken money from for broadband and has guaranteed connection. The connection has never come. Moreover, no refund. Wasted my time for 3 weeks behind 3600.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I needed to relocate both dth and broadband yesterday, raised the request couple of days in advance and yet nothing. No way to escalate issues on the thanks app, went through customer care and got directed back to thanks app. This is annoying!
