  @airtelindia Worst broadband service experience ever. I raised complaint request ID #11030737010 for my Airtel Fiber connection issue. Instead of resolving the problem, your executive pressured me to close the ticket. When I refused, my internet was completely shut down.

  @airtelindia, you guys have the worst customer service. I have been trying to talk over the call, but somehow your AI over the call doesn't work and I am unable to reach a human who can help. And local people at the shop don't know anything. Worst experience.
