    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence +2 I placed that request on 2nd February and I've called regarding the same on innumerable occasions but u guys are prolonging my problem. I have emailed to the nodal officer but no action has been taken so far and the bill is being generated

Imagine how the "care" would be for average customer. Really disappointing Airtel this is !
