@DoT_India I had registered a complaint KAR-V00743216022 with @ViCustomerCare on Dec 12th that while calling my mother's @airtelindia number, it says invalid number. Just now upon calling 198 today, Mr. Amit said that issue is at #Airtel end. Can you please get it resolved?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence if you don't have the minimum courtesy to inform your customers about such decisions and can't train your customer care staff well. I urge to go ahead and disconnect my broadband and dth services. I'm not running a charity for paying you guys.
