    @airtelindia I need to get replacement sim outside my home circle. Not able to do so as my old sim is not working and there is a name mis match due to clerical error from your side Please fix this. I can go to airtel store but can not travel 2000 kms for KYC. #pathetic #airtel

    When we complain they will speed up the internet for a short while, and then it comes back to its low speed. Their service is also very poor. Seems we will have to change our connections and service provider. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Still no call, no resolution and no proper response. I have repeatedly explained my billing dispute and was promised callbacks by your representatives, but nothing has happened. My services were barred despite my request not to do so.

    This is the speed I'm getting every night. Even reporting it everyday I'm yet to find any solution. And all this is despite having a 40mbps connection. Services are getting pathetic and if not fixed in next few days I'm gonna surrender my connection before next billing cycle. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
