    Still no response or engineer visit scheduled. Internet is completely non-functional for last 3 days. I was promised for a dedicated service as I am a Airtel Black customer. But in reality, it is quite opposite to that. Pathetic service! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence Just got a call from “Neha” of Airtel Experience. Asking me to go to the store and “apply” for my own number which @airtelindia wrongly disconnected. And why does Airtel expect the customer to be so idle. Who is the responsible for this? Why not reactivate sim?

    Disappointed with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in Ajmer. Visited 2 stores to port my Jio number to Airtel prepaid. First mini store refused saying only postpaid is available, and the main store made me wait 30 mins just to deny prepaid porting citing technical issues.

    The transformer for the Jio tower in my area has completely failed; it only functions when there is a power supply, and otherwise the network does not work. We are all switching from @JioCare to Airtel by porting our numbers, as @airtelindia 's service and network are excellent.

    From Saturday @airtelindia wifi is down in my area and #airtel ain't even bothered to tell the resolution. I don't think any big company like airtel will take two days to resolve a technical solution. Worst you are worst #airtel.
