@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Absolutely pathetic service by Airtel on their broadband front. Only been facing problems from the day I got the service. Customer care doesn't seem to care. Been using @ACTFibernet for over 10 years now and never had problems.

@Airtel_Presence Thinking about leaving the @airtelindia as my network after almost 8 years as they are not keen to resolve a valuable customer's issue. 4 days and no signal, not receiving any msgs, calls. Not able to use banking as not receiving any OTP via sms.

The worst service got from @airtelindia . Bought a broadband connection of Airtel Xstream, the installation was supposed to schedule in 12pm-2pm slot but the engineer and the agent ain't responding the calls. An absolute worst service I have paid for!!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence when i called customer care to activate tomorrow my broadband in safe custody she activated immediately and later realised her mistake and pur again in safe custody. But now i see double bill. Why should i pay double for mistake of customer care.

@airtelindia a complaint registered on 11 April (10162349565 )unattended is closed then after a lot of phone call drama instead of re-opening the complaint you provide me - new complaint number on 17 April - 10164294908 and yet there is no response ?????
