I am able to use Airtel net for a limited time since 2 months.I have already complained but till now the problem is not solved It has happened that airtel gives net from 10 am to 6 pm, After 6pm Noboday can use internet @airtelindia @TRAI @consaff

@Airtel_Presence Have done this a lot of times. Airtel team takes the address but does not do anything afterthen. My entire family is facing the same issue. I want a physical technical team visit at my location to fix the issue. Airtel office is just a 1 km away from my location. @airtelindia

@airtelindia plz do needful action my Airtel DTH is not installed yet.its almost 48 hours.i all ready share my registered mobile number and address many times.i am wating since 2 days.plz help to install it.otherwise if not provide me service i choose another dth prover.

@airtelindia I switched frm Jio to Airtel for better connectivity. Now I’m travelling,bt man,what a pathetic network u guys hav in Jamshedpur. My brother with Jio connection is able to take video calls on phone & I on other hand is praying that I could talk without interruption.

@airtelindia pathetic customer support, even local wifi vendors provide far better facilities, my wifi isnt working from last 3 days, any complaints raised are never resolved on its own. planning to switch soon.
