    @airtelindia i raise SR for disconnecting the broad band, agent calls me and asks why disconnecting i give the reason and he says it will get disconnected and then puts it in safe custody. IS THAT HOW U PEOPLE GIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY BAD #worst #airtelserviceverybad #bad

    @airtelindia neeraj called and then disconnected call like a boss. Never heard from him again. He is airtel engineer. He is making a good repo of this monopolistic broadband company. Let's see for options.

    Jst finished talking with ur senior customer care representative now ur team needs 24 to 48 hrs then what u hav done in last 24hrs. Name and contavt no u send that technician says I am not looking into that area. @airtelindia doesn't know their technicians according to locality?

    @ViCustomerCare Your network coverage is pathetic in Kashmir. No connectivity in Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Sonmarg whereas your competitor @airtelindia has flawless network coverage.

    @MySelf00777 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There is no higher authority, random airtel peoples will always give copy paste replies and customer care is very good for nothing. If you get to anybody who resolved your airtel issue please also let me know. I am a broadband customer since 2009.
