    Airtel sucks, their network and 5G is horrible. Everytime you raise a request they close it without doing anything. In a place like Hyd they are poor imagine in rural areas. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia The DM is just an acknowledgement, not resolution. Even an hour ago, I called your man who booked the connection. He didn't pick the phone. Nor is he responding to messages. Been the case for 3 days now. If you have indeed acted on the plaint as you claim, this won't happen.

    @TrueTaleTech @airtelindia It happens often. Despite using 5G network, the data gets exhausted from 4G pack. And then even 5G would not work until midnight reset.
