I have #Airtel #DTH connection at my place. The remote of the said stops working at any time. I have filed many complaints. Every time engineer visits and change the settings or the battery. It's been 2 years and the issue isn't resolved yet. Very upset with @airtelindia

@airtelindia Plz work on customer relationship also, not working on issue resolution , delays in attending complaints has been my experience. Opted for black, but not getting the package benefits now....even after discussing issue with airtel team no one is able to understand and help.

Worst service provider @airtelindia I have paid for the fiber connection and the poc says that they can not see the payment in their system and there is no way I can complain about this as they have only bunch of bots as their customer service team #shameonairtel #airtelloot
