@airtelindia I am a premium Airtel black customer and my internet is down from 3 days despite multiple calls nobody is willing to take the ownership and resolve the issue. Worst service experience, everytime I call they say about resolving in sometime it's frustrating

@airtelindia @jagograhakjago @TRAI Airtel please hire some professional and educated engineers so that they know how to behave and resolve the issue in professional manner. We have lodged a complaint 2 day back for Airtel Fiber but still they denied to come resolve. Pathetic

Dear @Airtel_Presence If by mistake we recharge a number twice, the other should be activated at the expiry of the first one. It is not at all a pro-customer activity. Plus the executive is not in the mood to listen to the customer. This is not expected at all @airtelindia
