@thetymonbay @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I think I've figured it out – Airtel wants you to call them so they can charge you for support (I think Rs 50 for 3 minutes?) Despite my IVR being set to English, they have spent minutes trying to get me to talk in Hindi. It's clearly designed just to jerk you around.

@airtelindia has the worst customer support. There is no way to talk to any agent. Even after raising issues multiple times through their dumb chatbot, the status gets automatically resolved but the issue never resolves. @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

@airtelindia Facing issues with Airtel Xtreme Wi-Fi. Some apps fail to load properly on Wi-Fi—Facebook, Amazon Pay, and even some banking apps don’t open or take too long. The same apps work perfectly on mobile data. Please check and resolve this issue.

@airtelindia why we can't download pdf of ebill of mobile recharge now earlier we are? Now I can see airtel is charging money to talk to customer care why? Don't your customer has right to talk to its service providers toll free. Also does airtel has any toll free let us know.
