    @airtelindia names on our numbers were changed by the local Airtel office when we ported. Have been trying to get them to correct their mistake for the past 9 months but to no avail. Such an unprofessional staff. Worst customer service experience of my life.

    @roteIndischer @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence To be fair my past one year with them was great. Hence my decision to keep the service at new location. Apparently they don’t want to have existing customers.

    @airtelindia Just ported from another operator but my volte is not working please help FYI My volte is already switched on and Recharge is also done but my another airtel sim is showing volte network bar. I have already switched sim places.
