@airtelindia what's up with your cust care, especially with AirtelBlack Twice I tried for airtelBlack and it's being cancelled WITHOUT FOLLOWUPS OR COMMUNICATION. AirtelBlack looks more like a comm blockhole Is an Airtel customer supposed to keep track of connection requests?

I am complaining since 10 days,bt no solutions from your side @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. My Airtel extreme broadband is not working.'m complaining again & agn bt no resolution. Engineers were doing so much dramas. Like would reach in 10-15 min but didn't. pls solve this asap.

Poor service network/internet in virar 401303. Call disconnects are very frequent. Internet working at 2G speed or sometimes zero speed. No broadband availablity. If this persists, I'll have to port @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
