    @airtelindia , I want to swtich to your network from my current network of @VodafoneIN because of their pathetic call quality and internet connectivity. But due to lockdown I can't move out please support. Hope I don't feel the same after switching to your network.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I also recharged my Airtel number, but the validity did not continue as I expected. When I contacted customer care, I was only referred to the terms & conditions instead of being given a satisfactory resolution.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Same agent keeps taking my call, puts me on hold, then claims to be a ‘supervisor’ — no real resolution. Bill still shows due despite payment. This is deceptive practice. Need genuine escalation + written confirmation. #AirtelBroadband #ConsumerRights
