  If you have connected with @airtelindia service, it's still outdated IVRs, giving you wrong information, and make sure your day is getting spoiled. What a pathetic service !! If you want to convert, pls don't do it through airtel thanks app, many options won't work, and they will never tell you before doing, but after done they will simply raise their hands.

  @Airtel_Presence Nobody reached out to me till date. Wifi has been down for 4 days. @airtelindia @TRAI they won't return the call, I can't register complaints as well. And I'm paying for a full month. And the internet is down 3-4 days every month. No carry forward no refunds nothing. #pathetic
