    @Airtel_Presence Update: This morning, a technician visited me. After 15 minutes of basic troubleshooting, he told me he'll be back after lunch. I have been waiting for over 6 hours. Now, not picking up. Great service Airtel. Ashwani Das - Technician who visited today. @airtelindia Act NOW!

    Nodal officers are also aware about it. I wonder why they all are not taking strict action. If the consumers are not happy, it can be a slanting down time line in graph of a company @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Technician called yesterday to come and change the router today. He reached at 10:20 am today and changed the router. But the internet is NOT working. This is just very poor service and very bad coordination within teams.

    Dear @airtelindia I'm using airtel sim for nearly 14 years, Even though Jio is giving better plan & price I didn't switched to it bcz we don't want jio to be a monopoly network but can't bear this anymore you are constantly increasing price, and poor network.Bye @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia is a gift that keeps on giving. The only problem is that it gives customers a headache. Despite having called your customer care 2 times - my billing issue still hasn't been fixed. Evrytime I'm promised a resolution in 24 hrs but nothing happens. #airtelblack
