@airtelindia When all sensitive companies are making so much effort to curb Covid, airtel policies are trying to spread Covid more. Airtel, if some customer are ready to pay extra , could you try to help them? I got headach after talking to customer care,why are they so adament?

@airtelindia The customer care informed IVR option is invalid and even sim will not be delivered i raised successfully. Customer care is forcing old person to go to crowded store PERSONNLY ignoring Covid situation even when i was ready to play extra for home delivery.
