    @airtelindia My brother removed and added his sim to his phone but now it's not working. He can't come for KYC as he is in USA. I contacted my nearby Airtel Store Sardarnagar and he said it's not possible to verify kyc through a family member. Help me here.

    @airtelindia I'm using Rs.799/- Broadband Plan.But I want to change this plan to Rs. 499/-, Thanks app shows only Higher plans,contacted your customer care but got no response.Either provide me solution for this or I will discontinue your services.😡😡 Id - 01204237381

    @airtelindia following since 3rd july for shifting broadband through ticket id no. 10059808991, 10060331740, 10062154176,41-26749194880 but still not done. No postive response from customer care team.

    @airtelindia Due to the above issue I am facing lot of issues, I must say it was one of the pathetic customer service, in 2 month 1 sim was not replaced and activated.

    . @airtelindia My brother removed and added his airtel sim to his phone but now it's not working. He can't come for physical KYC as he is in USA. Nearby Airtel store said it's not possible to deactivate and deliver new sim with same number to our address through a family member.
