ARVIND BAKSHI (@arvindbakshi) reportedI had raised request on May 8th to cancel @airtelindia fiber broadband and refund the balance amount. Customer care team closed the ticket without doing any of these. Raised the same request with @airtelindia DTH team , they completed the request in 2 days. Fiber team is bad.
