  Why @DoT_India @TRAI allow @airtelindia to do business? They take money from customers & never do installation in agreed time. They maintain silence & don't talk when asked to return the money.

  Pathetic service from @airtelindia @AirtelXtreme. No internet connection from past two days. Complained to customer care, everytime they ask for 3-4 hours and no engineer assigned. Nor any engineer visited. Following up continuously. Still no one is helping. #shame #airtelThanks

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence airtel is the worst company when it comes to give service to the broadband customer there engineer don’t even respond to calls my entire work is suffering as i was told that problem will be sorted by 11:30 engineering is absconding on phone no answer

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews and not able to make phone class and getting call drops mostly and the data mobile data speed is also so poor in my area so I raised the complaint to airtel customer care department but they didn't give me any solution
