    I've recharged my @airtelindia number twice but didn't get the balance though the money from the app has been deducted Now when I've raised a query for the same it's been closed without any info about it and the details of deductions also have been removed @airtelindia help !

    @singla_parvesh @airtelindia Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India
