Reality of @airtelindia Black service levels in the name of dedicated relationship team n service. First their app help section is broken and then their 121 call center after saying your wait time is 5 min disconnects the calls. Theifs !!!!

@airtelindia it's been more than a year complaining about the network issues at my resident location everytime the issue takes time to solved and that too sustain only for a week after that same issues. Everytime to receive a call or make a call I need to go to my balcony.
