    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what is this behavior I'm having internet issues in a city like jaipur And when I tried to contact ur agent they denied it by saying u have lack of balance when I've already done my recharge 4-5 days ago. All the time it shows 5g but totally false

    @airtelindia This issue is still unresolved. My 5G unlimited data is not working and only my daily 2GB is being used. The network is stuck on 5G and not switching to 4G. Fix it ASAP @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    I recently ported from VI to Airtel expecting better network,but the service at Konthamuru,Rajahmundry is even worse. Internet is unusable. Multiple complaints raised, yet one was closed without resolution,this is clear deficiency in service.@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
