    @airtelindia my wifi is down for last two days. I have used your useless chatbox and tried customer care multiple times to lodge a complaint but i am not able to. Please lodge my complaint, if my issue is not resolved today i will think changing the service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Will you fix the issue or should I switch the internet provider coz it doesn't seem you are capable to run the operations if your ground team and support team cant coordinate and fix the issue.

    Hi @airtelindia I have moved to New Zealand and need to change the country of my Apple ID. However, I'm unable to do so because an Apple TV+ subscription linked through my Airtel plan . I cannot find any option in the Airtel Thanks app to cancel it. Can you help in this please.
