    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's not all about apology..I faced alot of problems, all just because of this, atleast a alert was essential to give before stopping my SIM card. I don't use any alternative SIM card. 😤😤

    @Airtel_Presence Visiting my hometown@Raniganj, WB -713347 from Delhi. Found ur network situation miserable, have to use hostspot from Vodafone. Feedback from local people is "Airtel to bilkul bekaar h yaha, switch to Voda / Jio". Pls dont let this feedback continue @airtelindia

    @airtelindia the staff at your Airtel store asansol are too impulsive they are very rude and they are forcing me to do this the guy name Soumen was very rude in his behaviour and the lady by his was instructed me to forcibly use it to 6 months #suchashameairtel

    @airtelindia I had installed Airtel Xstream AirFiber and clearly requested for the ₹499 plan. However, the executive showed ₹499 during installation, but now in the app it is showing ₹899 plan without my consent. This is completely misleading and I want immediate resolution
