@airtelindia I have been trying for last two days to get airtel broadband. Its been 2 days since i have submitted details online. There is no call from your side. Also there is no direct customer care number where we can speak. Its just a stupid IVR that responds. Pathetic

@airtelindia 2/1 - Your customer care is ****, they don’t respond to complaints but just close them directly. Raised a complaint which is closed without any resolution. When I raised again it is showing ‘resolution taking longer than expected’ and doesn’t care.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence After 4 days of no service, I was able to reach you through Twitter (the actual customer care) and you finally heard and resolved the issue. Thank you. EOD we ppl pay you the money for d service u render us. Hence, don't make us to fight with U. As every problem can be resolved.
