Today is the third day and the internet is down till now. Despite many complaints, no response was received from the concern service provider. I hope that now our complaint will be heard here & now please fix the service line and restore internet. @airtelindia @airtelnews

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am staying in Switzerland and i recently got my sim replaced in India. I recieved my sim yesterday from India. I see that there is no network coverage on my sim. It's a new sim which was working 3 days back in India but it's not working right now.

@iMalaviyaRohit @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Rohit, you need to dial 198 and follow the IVR by selecting n/w issue, not able to use internet, followed by 9 to reach out to customer support however we Indians are bound to use Airtel since we do not have option. Jio was there but now all are disgusting.
