    If some one wants to open Jio care: help & support @reliancejio He should buy @airtelindia sim card and switch the internet connection from Jio to Airtel. The 1000% chance of complaint @ service via MyJio app. Even Dhirubhai will slap Mukesh Ji frm heaven after experiencing it

    Spoke to 3 supervisors and still no solution .. spoke to last Supervisor named Risha Kaushar .. who is absolutely bad at customer service . wanted to speak to her Supervisor but she did not let me and kept on arguing for 30-40 mins then I had to disconnect @airtelindia Atrocious

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst customer service ever I faced with Airtel....!!! For any issue with network they have standard resolution that "there is issue with the SIM & customer need to visit to airtel gallery to change it & that too on chargeable basis.

    @airtelindia Is there any customer contact number where one can speak to an Airtel customer care executive in Chennai other than the useless recording that just wastes our time? I am fed up with the record playing services which is absolutely crazy that does not really solve problems.

    @JioCare @reliancejio what happen to 4g network. Very slow speed like 2G.many customer are switching @airtelindia for their better services.plz solve the problem otherwise we will also switch to Airtel.
