If some one wants to open Jio care: help & support @reliancejio He should buy @airtelindia sim card and switch the internet connection from Jio to Airtel. The 1000% chance of complaint @ service via MyJio app. Even Dhirubhai will slap Mukesh Ji frm heaven after experiencing it

Do not trust @airtelindia. Service is just pathetic. They will ask for money upfront without being at the address for installation. After the payment, no one picks up the call. Installation of my DTH has been pending for like 2 months now. Still no response.

2/2 : i keep on raising the Service request and they always mark as resolved without providing the necessary resolution, so to keep it out of their bucket I am using Airtel from quite sometime but never faced this issue, also this is not expected from @airtelindia
