    @airtelnews @airtelindia SR 138547608 raised with Airteland got closed with no resolution provided. Airtel black customers supposed to get resolution in 24 hours but ticket gets closed.. Is this the way Airtel customer care team treats customers..

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Yesterday reachared Rs. 128 for prepaid number +919686746014 instead of Rs. 129. Unable reach customer care to know more why unable to make outgoing calls. Very pathetic cusromer care. Can someone look on to this issue.

    Really disappointing customer service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . It's been 8 days since I first registered a complaint. Multiple calls and DMs later it's still unresolved
