    I don't understand why @airtelindia is promoting airtel fiber when it don't have engineer on the ground to support customer problem, u guys should employee more engineers rather than wasting money on advertisement...

    @airtelindia Your IVR Don't work.. Your app services don't work.. What is the point of introducing new things.. Crap AIRTEL.. Im unable to select any service from IVR.. AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NEVER REACHABLE.. @PMOINDIA should stop encouraging this private telecom firms

    Hello @airtelindia Why the hell are you sending Hindi and Bhojpuri notifications to a Maithili customer? It’s really annoying to see Bhojpuri IVR even though I am Maithili Speaker. It’s your responsibility to value one’s language, and emotion. #IVRInMaithili
