    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have recharged a add on of 65 rupees from Airtel Thanks app. And I was supposed to get a 2GB data coupon. But I didn't get it. When I reached out to customer service she said recharging via Airtel Payement Bank only you can get the coupon.(1/2)

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelpune Pathetic service. When a customer buys a new connection, you reach in 30 mins to collect the payment. However, when the time comes to install the connection, you go missing. This is for Order ID - 199465413, Customer ID - 3049178851.

    I converted to Airtel 5 days ago they offered 1.5 gb free for one month but now my incoming service is stopped and internet is not working. Customer care support also not cannecting. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Worst @airtelindia Just for advertisement you are good, in reality you don’t even care about the customer complaints. Complaints will be left months together without any resolution. Worst, horrible, & disgusting Airtel help desk. @reliancejio is far better than this **** Airtel.

    @airtelindia My airtel Xtreme Fiber broadband connection is not working since two days , tried calling customer care several times but no response . Facing a lot of problem due to it .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Almost entire city of purnea (854301) bihar fibre supply had been stopped/disconnected due to cutting of wire by local wifi suppliers or goons.i as a customer advise you to contact the police chief as early as possible.This is happening regularly.
