    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Xstreme hd DTH goes offline every 15 to 20 dys. Nd your guys take 3 to 4 days to rectify.. un professional service. I am totally unsatisfied by this.

    @Airtel_Presence worst customer care service. Bht hi bakwas. Executive se baat kro jise bilkul bhi knowledge nahi hoti, fir wo senior ko call forward krega jo or bhi jyada bewkoof hota hai. And after all this useless service @airtelindia says zero complaints. Are bhai complaint

    @Vibhash2015 @airtelindia Hi Vibhash. I availed of a prepaid SIM of this network. Somebody calls me up to say its his number and I cannot use this. @airtelindia allots same no to different people thus making a security issue. They are not responding to my tweets now.

    @airtelindia my number is registered in Mumbai, now I am using it in Kerala. When my friends try calling me it says number not in service, it happen in random. Who do I complain to? There is no provision in Airtel app.
