  @airtelindia My Airtel Wi-Fi in Ansal Golf Links, Greater Noida has been down for the last 5 days, with no resolution yet. Customer care assured me it would be fixed by Tuesday morning and assigned engineer Manoj Kumar He now says it may take another 3–4 days to fix.

  @airtelindia I have already raised this issue multiple times, yet my 5G network problem remains unresolved. 5G is available outside/near my window, but there is no proper 5G connectivity inside my room. Despite reporting this earlier, no permanent solution has been provided.

  @airtelindia Your customer service is extremely disappointing. Yesterday, I submitted a request to disconnect my WiFi connection and clearly mentioned the reason for the disconnection.

  @airtelindia I experience terrible network loss with Fastlane (previously Priority I guess). Do look into it. DM'ed. Also had created a service request on your app, which mysteriously auto closes without any kind of correspondence. #airtelfastlane #airtelpriority #terriblenetwork
