All this started @reliancejio @airtelindia Concept of 28 days is 365/28 = 13 bills /per year It's means when you pay for 28 days then in one year you will be paying 13 bills per year Why this If network speed is slow who responsible for this Recharge price increase day by day why

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My brother in Europe facing eSIM issue & Airtel suggested to get physical sim for resolution. Now Airtel says the sim is in Mumbai circle. No idea how did it occur & are asked visit from delhi to Mumbai to get the physical sim. 1/2

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I got my broadband installed on Jan 6th, I paid 3 months advance and all I got is a receipt. No invoice shared with me till today. And the worst thing is you Airtel Thanks app have worst user interface, it never connects to cust care. Worst Service

@airtelindia Very bad experience using Airtel postpaid paid. Weak technical support. I already had Amazon prime membership when i took postpaid. But expire of my plan. Not able to use Airtel benefits, Amazon support team said they have activated in different account @airtelnews

It’s been 2 weeks that Airtel broadband and fixed line is down and all we get is assurances of speedy resolution and ‘we are sorry to know this’ 😓😓😓. @airtelindia instead of saying sorry, please get the lines restored @Airtel_Presence
