Earlier i was using @airtelindia they started to do the same thing you people are doing nowadays, bad internet speed. Then i switched to @reliancejio @JioCare after sometime they also started to do the same thing, bad internet speed, charging for 4G and giving all stuffs of 2G.

I doubt if @airtelindia is listening to customer greavences. When you call cc u r asked to launch a complaint by using the app even if it is ment for "no internet service". No option to speak to the customer or care executive.
