@airtelindia stop charging people and automatically bundling plans when they have never asked for it. No help from your customer service or the representatives at the store. Connection is still active, when the request was made on friday.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia unbundle my airtel black and close my postpaid connection immediately. I am not going to pay a rupee extra for charges beyond my connection close request. I see no resolution to this??? Is there anyone who can resolve this
