Hello airtel, In our current location airtel 4G speed are getting bad day by day!!It's Barhalganj Gorakhpur.I'm not even able to open one single page on google.These days it's such a bad network.Please resolve this issue as soon as possible!! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sending a message every 3 hours informing it will be resolved however not been resolved. Their customer service people literally don't listen when try to inform about the issue. Only going as per the script and giving same time as per the message.

(6/n) The family member also mentioned that such kind of disappointment never happened with @airtelindia or @ViCustomerCare. @JioCare should work on such issues and try to make existing customers happy with an immediate resolution.

Pathetic Service from @airtelindia. I am so called "Airtel Black" Customer and a ticket raised on 12th Oct is still open and every time I call them they will arrange for a call back and no one called me yet. I have been on call with Airtel RM's at-least 20 times last week (1/2).

@airtelindia Tech.error is of airtel set up box ,why customer would pay . deducted Rs 275 from dth account without asking my permission. For constomers offer generally are " recharge for x months and get x days extra " then these things happen Airtel dth id :- 3003643579
