@airtelindia you guys speak a lot about your network but its worst, leave the mountains , it's not working on ground. Location is mentioned, please do the needful, lots of issues in wfh due to network and impacting job. Please help.

wish i would have jio fibre or airtel in my area. I'm using act as a fate. Im disappointed with the worst service and it happens each month.The customer service provides terrible answers. After 2 days they reply we have solved ur grievance hopeless @ACTFibernet @airtelindia

@airtelindia one of the worst provider airtel unable to recevie the call in hyderabad city pathetic service by them i use a prepaid connection missed my call due to network issue and could not continue to receive important calls hope they take it serious

@VodafoneIN_News Service is too bad in India! Rarely connect, if connect not audible! Sometimes call drops during conversation! Same with @airtelindia as well. Technology modifying but mobile network tending backward. Experienced much better service in earlier days!

@airtelindia Let's talk about the Wi-fi calling facility that you are providing to your Customer. Do we need to have some specific 4G SIM for that ?Or this Wi-fi calling won't work outside the State ? As far as I know the concept of roaming is not there now.
