Burhanuddin Kagzi (@burhan_a_kagzi) reported@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Broadband is down in my area. Customer care gave an ETA of 8 pm. This is 3rd outage in last 4 days. Everytime there is unplanned outage of 6-12 hours. Pathetic service. No customer empathy, no urgency to resolve the issue!!
