@airtelindia while calling on 121 and I select to talk to customer representative via IVR, it tells me that you don’t enough balance to talk. Now should I recharge something else to talk to customer care. Pathetic.

@airtelindia hi .... I endorse Airtel service as the best in india and that's why I always have a connection with you. But I haven't made a call for 1 week because o/g calls are bared in my Airtel number and still you are checking it. Even the BSNL would have solved it by now.
