Indian #lawyers, a question for you: shouldn't a service provider like @airtelindia be legally bound to provide a phone number for customer service issues on its website/app? And a human contact to address these issues? Not just an automated chat box with pre selected choices.

@airtelindia is absolutely the worst choice for broadband network. It's been more than 2 months, the amount was taken and services were not provided. Now they even are not giving my refund and just manipulating me. After no proper response from their customers service desk

I mailed them and after nth number of mails was told to wait for 7 working days to get my money back. That deadline is over to. Neither i got the refund nor any response through mail or customer call service. They are absolutely cheaters and ended up eating my money @airtelindia
