Airtel fasttag has been delivered to me on 4th Jan. Still the status on the airtel app shows it as shipped. I am nt able to activate it. I tried reaching out cust care(400) and dropped mail as well. But no help. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelbank anyone who can help me?

Please dont buy Fast Tag from @airtelpayment1 @airtelindia. They take your money and never issue the tag, truly fraud! please tell your friend and family too, get fast tag from reputed and customer compliant firm.

@GooglePayIndia I will be sharing a few screenshots, where @airtelindia resolved the issue without asking me to follow them, and enabling DM for me. Kindly do this way. I am not comfortable in following the handle just to resolve the issue.
