    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia FOUR BUNGLOW BRANCH. Not ready to change SIM, i am facing network issue for more than 07 Days. Executives are telling, it will take more 07 days as there is server issue in Mumbai. What should i do Please suggest ? #Airtel

    @airtelindia provide connectivity for more than an entire day and cannot even provide a proper update on the outage? Need immediate escalation, a restoration ETA, and clarity on compensation for this downtime.
