  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I think the Service and best Customer service provider is airtel but the RL Tech Routers provided by airtel are trash they don't login in router, default password is not admin/admin please don't preferred RL Tech router. #Airtel

  Pathetic cellphone service by @reliancejio Finally, the most storied brand becoming like its competitors. I’ve 2 Jio numbers & will be porting to @airtelindia for 1 and if Jio doesn’t resolve the issue then will port the other number to @ViCustomerCare Time to wake up Jio!

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I have been told so many times that my issue will get resolved. It's been more than 4 months my account has still not been closed, a pathetic, embarrassing, and fraudulent service by Airtel.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Being an Airtel customer since 2004, I say, please don't go for Airtel as your ISP. I had a simple issue with an external router which wasn't receiving internet. The technical person gets rude and shouts at me on the phone saying "We can't do this"!

  @airtelindia worst service provider ever!!! Today i was tried to send sms on sbi toll free number regarding to deactivate my debitcard. while sending sms i am not able to send the SMS. I have checked my pack validity & it's still remain for next 10 days with 283 Messages.

  IVRS system of #Airtel is just a heap of garbage . You need a solid one hour to reach customer care and sometimes even more than that. Why don't you stop this service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Even in 2023 we will rush to airtel shops to avail your services
