I visted airtel store (in Bihar)carrying the same issue they suggested me to approach kolkata zone. In this digital era its ridiculous to travel so far to get the issue resolved. Kindly look into the matter.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

I have been facing WiFi disconnection since last 4 days. I have purchased and installed Airtel Black 1099 plan in January and since then facing continuously WiFi disconnection. I have raised complaint at Airtel thanks app vide ticket number 10145958327 @airtelindia @VittalGopal
