  @mayur_jha @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare Airtel Internet is not working in my area from 4 days, there is no option to speak with the coustomer care executive, Today buy a jio sim, now regretting why I was sticking with Airtel so many years, when I had option of Jio and Vi.

  @airtelindia @Param_Sidhu77 First, take care of your customers, listen to them and resolve basic issues. You will not have to do all this to please them. I have been requesting since last month to cancel my connection, Airtel is not doing so and instead sending me monthly bills. This is very unreasonable.
