    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I have been writing email every three days since last 3 months to correct mistake done by Airtel itself to my fiber connection. It seems airtel doesn't care to customer till they subscribe there service. After that there is no support.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Fiber broadband connection (01111491630_dsl) is not even working for 24 hrs straight. Registering complaint daily for No Signal. Starting from being duped by your salesman in May to bi-weekly, to every alt. day & now daily issue. Its a case of FRAUD

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's been 4 days without the internet I have raised a complaint but nobody cares to visit from Airtel end. Ticket ID: 10079284051. Expected resolution time mentioned as 12th September and today it's 14th.

    @airtelindia I had taken a connection on 06 Sept and on 07 sept i had connection issues. After informing the engineer so many times and he came and rectified. Again after 2 days wifi stopped working. I had informed the engineer on Sunday but he told someone will come.

    @airtelindia What about your existing network? All existing users screwed? You had this problem when you upgrade networks from 3G to 4G. You need to find a way to nnot affect existing users if you want to retain them. Frequent call drops, no ring, only missed calls a norm with airtel ntk now.
