    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My postpaid SIM stopped suddenly since two weeks and after numerous calls, can't find a solution. I am posted to kashmir region and not able to visit store due to present scenario. Help please! otherwise I don't have any option except to migrate.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My broadband is down since 6am today. The engineer was supposed to come by 11:30am and the service to be resolved by 2:07 pm. I have been trying to reach customer care and getting the same response that it will be resolved in 4 hrs. SR# 10038470548

    @airtelindia Dear Team, I have been calling you for 1 month to get my service cancelled. I called you today again due to fake promises and worst customer services. Today, I called and my call got transferred to Ahmad Haroon. He was extremely pathetic and rude on entire call.

    Ever since obtaining the code, there has been no response on the number. I tried calling them several times but they never responded. I therefore seek help from public at large for the next steps. I'm sure that this is not the first time! #ShameOnYou @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Useless and very disrespectful. Your senior Rahul just disconnected the call while i was trying to cancel my connection as i wasn't provided fibre after almost 2 months of request and was receiving improper services. Airtel really needs yo improve. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
