Absolutely terrible @airtelindia. The concern person who calls has no clue of my issue. Both the reps who called I will rate them zero. Making me run in circles for my own money. I regret buying the fastag from you and enrolling in airtel wallet.

@airtelindia The wrost network and wrost customer service ever I had seen till now. Had complaint about network issue in our area and still now no action. But jio within a week they covered the area.

@SamsungMobile I purchased a mobile handset F62 in june2021 but I experienced some bad coverage of network. I am using @airtelindia in two different mobile but in #SamsungF62 data speed is worst while at same time in other brand handset data speed is at full speed.What to Do?🤔😒

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia frm last one year i keep asking for Xstream connection they replied me same it will take time take 1month,now I got reply it will never come in your area however it is 300m away from my home they ask me to pay extra then only they give connection ?
