    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence whenever i call they say "naya nox bhej hi nahi rhe log upr se". They say that even their requests is not being answered by their seniors office. Please help otherwise I will be bound to change the service provider.

    @airtelindia Are you guys really help to customer. Or else making fun of that. I am struggleing internet issue more than 2 weeks. And I reported a complain. But you guys don't care about a customer. See the airtel commitment. Who telling will solve a problem at zero level.

    @airtelindia is so bad, that they can't even respond to their customer's complaint. I had filed so many complaints on their customer service and there has been no response from them. SHAME ON @airtelindia !!

    @airtelindia your 4G connectivity is getting worst in Purnea Bihar region. Please fix it before testing 5G or I and my family will have to look for an alternative.

    Contacting @airtelindia customer care is impossible you can't contact them and also you can't use airtel 4g internet.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Then at 6:20 pm I was told he wud come and check it. Now it’s 8:50 pm, he is not taking the call my call. My complaint has been cancelled w/o resolving the technical issue. What will a customer do? Where is the transparency? (2/2)

    @airtelindia I personally went for verification of email id to store. But till after a whole day esim QR code is not in my mail. I spoke to customer care thrice ? Is this customer service of Airtel to customers? Should I sue you in court ? Revert asap ... 2/2
