@airtelindia if a customer calls your customer care he is already facing an issue but the way this agent treats me makes me more angry. As I have faced the issue of redeeming the airtel data coupons due to this I already faced a loss in my work.

I called the customer care for complaint but instead of telling me the reason your agent is behaving very rudely and hurted my feelings this is not what we accept from the @airtelindia . One side you guys advertise that you care about your customers.
