@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia trying to understand the purpose of your customer care. Call doesn't connect to the concerned team to share the exact issue. The IVR is designed purposefully to disconnect the call for every number we press. If a ticket is created no one reaches us.

I was actually scared because in the app section, the tentative date for the fix was being show as Feb 14. But the guys came over in less than 2 hours I believe.
