    @airtelindia someone want to donate then join Airtel , but don't expect any service, very pathetic service, poor customer care no knowledge,. I feel cheated by not solving net work issues. If ask tgen they give 100 discount to me like a beggar..common it's my money..

    I have been repeatedly try to explain the network issues with @VodafoneIN but every time they come up with any excuse and neglected my request. Now I am very much determine to Port the network with @airtelindia or @JioCare. Request your suggestion on network.

    @Airtel_Presence If that is the case why don't you close down the office. Listen: you don't need to dictate where i am supposed to pay, as a customer i can chose whatever options i prefer.. don't try cover your operational inefficiency @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia dont provide fiber at heart of Coimbatore city. whereas ACT FIBERNET came with fiber 5 years back for single customer - only for me. @Airtel_Presence Bye ..

    @airtelindia I had ported 5 nos to Airtel on 15.03.2020 but d incoming to all d nos have been cut yesterday citing bill not paid for the months of January and February. In this lockdown period can there be anymore hassle than this. Please help

    @geekyranjit @airtelindia Airtel has become a non reliable network. No network, no proper support nothing. I get no network at all. Waiting to port soon once the current plan is over. Atleast I need to use some service as I've paid for it. For internet I go near windows, for calls I'll run to terrace.

    It has been more than 60+ hours since I lost my broadband internet. For the first 30 hours they said it's a outage for the whole area. Even after the outage, my internet is not working and still no one came to fix it. Raised request 20 hours before @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    . @airtelindia definitely has one of the worst services! I moved from Blr last month and ofc I had to terminate/cancel my Airtel WiFi subscription. I very nicely raised a ticket and sent an email - because guess what there’s no option to directly cancel. I waited for their call back - nothing! Then the month ends and I ofc did not recharge the WiFi bill bc hellooo I ain’t using it anymore- and I’ve been getting call from Airtel representatives like clockwork daily!! I very politely asked them first 2 times that “ma’am I raised a request to cancel my connection, and I’ve received no support, please fix that first , as I have a prepaid plan and I don’t use the WiFi anymore I am not recharging again!” One of them said, “ sure ma’am we’ve put the complaint and let you know” , another one said “ma’am we don’t have cancellation services” - are you kidding me ??? What am I supposed to doooo??

    Very disappointed with @airtelindia services. I regularly recharge both my WiFi and SIM, but every month the WiFi stops working for 3–4 days with no compensation. If I recharge for 28 days, why am I losing several days of service?

    @JioCare It’s been 4 days and you people from Jio are still just giving excuses and lectures. If you can’t handle the service properly, then shut down your business and tell people to switch to Airtel instead. You people don’t respect customers at all. @airtelindia u r better ?
