@airtelindia so, my first complaint n a worst one too. U sold me a Wi-Fi dongle fr 6months, n u charged me excess, I reported n not resolved yet. Now I sold me another plan fr next six months with so much restrictions n no response from customer service. Kindly address 7038805802

@JioCare Hi Jio your network may be good, but my bet is with @airtelindia and @ViCustomerCare only. They have world class customer care centers (physical)with trained staffs unlike yours where untrained people run. This is 1 reason, other reasons are also there for betting on rivals
