@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia trying to understand the purpose of your customer care. Call doesn't connect to the concerned team to share the exact issue. The IVR is designed purposefully to disconnect the call for every number we press. If a ticket is created no one reaches us.

To my experience, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is the worst when it comes to customer service, I have provided all my documents, whatever they requested, still no updates and Everytime a new person reply, can't explain the matter new person everytime. #shame #airtelsucks
