    The 3GB/day data of @reliancejio completed due to the unexpected software update. Now am left to use the 2GB/day of my airtel sim. But because of the excellent network service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #WorkFromHome is totally ruined.🙄 Let me recharge add-on data for Jio.

    @geekyranjit @airtelindia Airtel has become a non reliable network. No network, no proper support nothing. I get no network at all. Waiting to port soon once the current plan is over. Atleast I need to use some service as I've paid for it. For internet I go near windows, for calls I'll run to terrace.

    @Airtel_Presence I had paid for broadband installation and due to feasibility issue, I need to cancel the installation. And it's been a week now I am yet to receive my paid installation money. The sales person told it will be reversed in a couple of days. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia trying to understand the purpose of your customer care. Call doesn't connect to the concerned team to share the exact issue. The IVR is designed purposefully to disconnect the call for every number we press. If a ticket is created no one reaches us.

Now blaming me for not recharging the same plan,even though the old plan had already expired N I’ve already shared clear proof of it. Still forcing the same scripted excuse?     Dear @airtelindia One of your ex-employee falsely claimed to be an active Airtel staff member and took ₹11,300 from me for an Airtel AirFiber recharge, but never completed the recharge. I later learned a few other customers were also affected.

    @airtelindia I have been facing issue with airtel router box for most than a week but no one is responding or came to my house to fix the issue. Is this how you people give service to your customers. I wanted to cancel my account with airtel now
