The answer I got from @airtelindia is indeed nonsense if I need to send or receive a text message I need to recharge separate pack for that. This is so Pathetic service one can provide and legal way of looting from customers. Well-done @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There has been no improvement since my previous tweet.Infact, the call drops have increased, the internet speed drops suddenly to worse than 2G speed.Please fix this issues. It has been frustrating experience in the last 1 month.
