@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I made a big mistake by porting from Jio to Airtel. Trying to talk to Airtel executive since last 5-6 days but it seems that talking to them is not only difficult but impossible, no problem, I have the choice to port back to Jio again.

@airtelindia can you please ask someone senior in your team to contact me. it is very painful to talk to the customer service team who are only able to repeat some standard lines and absolutely unable to understand the issue

Extremely disappointed with @ViCustomerCare. A Vodafone SIM stopped working suddenly, and even after trying in 2–3 phones, it doesn’t work. Customer care advised to visit a store, pay ₹60 , and spend 1–2 hours for eKYC & SIM exchange. Why should customers lose valuable work hours for an issue caused by the operator? No option for doorstep SIM replacement or pickup service is offered. In contrast, @airtelindia provides a smooth, customer-friendly process in such situations. Time for Vodafone to upgrade its service standards.

Why is converting an @airtelindia SIM to eSIM such a pain? Have been trying for 5 days now and still no success. Also, they don't even allow you to talk to a customer service rep; it's only bots & IVR. Really need this sorted asap @airtelindia

@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence is there any way or number through which we can directly talk to the customer care executive, instead of going through useless IVR menu? There is No option to connect to customer care executive in your app as well as 198 IVR menu.

@airtelindia i will do that but stuck with @ViCustomerCare postpaid for 90 days and can’t switch. Once this period ends, I’ll share full details. attest not using elder person customer trust and lack of awareness about postpaid vs prepaid are exploited just to push postpaid plans for profit!
