    @airtelindia I have been making call daily since 15 May, 2026. My package has airtel black service which has not been installed so far. I am attaching request SS. Due to this they are not registering complaint for internet speed issue. No responsibility from anyone.

    Extremely poor service experience! Indoor coverage in the city has dropped significantly, and highway coverage is absolutely terrible. Calls constantly drop mid-conversation. Airtel's service has severely deteriorated over the last 2 years. @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what pathetic service 👏👏. 14-15 for 2 days my wifi didn't woked, then again it was not working for 7-8hrs. And today again its been 6hrs my wifi is down. Pay for 30days and get 10day service 🙏

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Me of the thirdclass network provider. Only promotion never give service to it's postpaid users. No internet even being a postpaid users. No response from their **** employee sitting in support. Ghatiya

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 4) Now I am calling him and putting messages but he is not picking the call and not replying to messages as well. I am feeling very disappointed and cheated by his overall behaviour. Need urgent attention and resolution on this. This is impacting the goodwill of Airtel.

    Dear @airtelindia People in our village are facing severe network issues for the last 2 weeks. Although phones show 4G/5G, internet speed is extremely poor and calls are unstable. There is only one Airtel tower serving the entire area, and around 5,000 users are affected.

    @airtelindia @TRAI I have the proof as the recording of the issue in the app. Even the Airtel store agent couldn't do it via the app. I've been trying to reach out to customer care via email since I'm unable to make any calls , not even the customer care number is accessible, still no help provided
