A very pathetic experience for getting a new Xtreme connection. Registered for it on 6th April. Paid the entire amount. Waited for more than 5 days and after all this the executive says that due to technical difficulty need to cancel it. @airtelindia @AirtelXtream plz help

@airtelindia @therealkapildev Pathetic service During the time of broadband connection the sales person assured me that they will give me monthly bill but now customer care r denying it. One of the executive said this is the mistake of sales person not the Airtel so sale people are the not the part of Airtel?

I received msg that my number has been changed. but still same problem! cant login to Airtel Thanks App or Web. Now I think its Faulty Set Top Box. Please return it or replace it. I don't want this faulty product anymore.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #NoBrand
