@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Incorrect charges of ₹945 added to my airtel bill (Invoice No: 1-4503769939375) under “Voice Special Numbers” for 5924102. I did not intentionally use any premium service. Kindly investigate and reverse these faulty charges at the earliest. #Airtel

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia still no refund received. Your support team told me to contact the bank if refund was not received by Monday, even though the issue is completely from Airtel’s side.

No engineer has visited my home yet this morning; therefore, I am getting my Wi-Fi service installed through Airtel instead. I am informing you of this because your engineer seems to be having trouble contacting me on my alternative number. @JioCare @airtelindia

India’s internet has been officially split into two classes, and the announcement came from .@airtelindia itself. Postpaid users now get “priority 5G.” Prepaid users get whatever is left on the same towers, the same spectrum, the same network. The deciding factor is not technology, not infrastructure, not even fairness. It is the size of your monthly bill. The most dangerous part is not the policy itself, it is the precedent. Once a tiered internet gets normalised in India, every telecom in the market will follow the playbook. First speed will be sold, then app access, then connectivity itself. The open internet that built digital India will disappear quietly, one corporate announcement at a time. Public spectrum is being sliced by wallet size, and the regulator has not said a word. .@Dot_India @JM_Scindia silence is not neutrality, it is complicity.

@airtelindia it's happening again and again even if I'm in 5G network area deducting my plan data and not letting me have 5G unlimited data usage.
