    Hello @airtelindia @VittalGopal @Sunilmittal, A new height of harassing customer, I recharged with 99rs smart recharge, in my pack it show, I can send SMS. I am getting I don't have SMS pack, When I spoke to center(ID:20211229074106), She informed to recharge with unlimited pack.

    do you guys know the defination of TAT? I raised a complaint on 22-Dec and there is no resolution to it! Two different employees provide different kind of information!! Pls can you look into this ASAP otherwise I will be discontinuing all my services from Airtel @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I requested change of name on airtel landline bill and submitted all documents on 26/11/21 via mail called up at 121 twice yet no action is taken. I get the bill with the previous name again this month! Never faced this carelessness with you why now?
