  Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been experiencing slow internet connection since few months and I have been raising complaints but the technician is not visiting my place to fix the issue instead they raise the ticket of issue resolved without even contacting me.

  @airtelindia My issue with 9509916929 has been pending since 9 July. Every time I call, I’m told it will be resolved within 24 hours, but nothing happens. Since 12 Aug 12:24 PM, there is no network. I waited 2 hours at the store, but no solution or SR. Please escalate urgently.

  @airtelindia Since 10 days I am not able to send sms and thus not able to register on 2 of my banking apps and 1 UPI app. Its tough to survive without digi payments. Numerous calls. No resolution from airtel. Airtel customer since 2009.

  @airtelindia @TRAI @DoT_India Network-registration failure, not a routine “poor coverage” complaint. Physical Airtel SIM. Despite Romaing in ON, whenever I travel to other cities/states, the phone show ZERO SIGNAL, and manual network selection returns “Not registered on network.”
