@airtelindia My wife mobile 9944054980 TN circle ,paid prepaid 399 through Amazon pay vide Operator reference 888457833 and paid 10, recharge is not happend and also no tower signal at mobile, we are in Hosur 635109.Kindly restore network connection and amount.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Mobile internet 4g is not near 2g network speed, calls aren't getting through if by chance it gets thru it would drop in between. Why are are we goin towards 5g? Let's make 4g better first.

@airtelindia World worst network 😑. If you calling some some then u can use internet. Normally also ther is no network. Airtel alwsys says they have best network but its worst. I made mistake porting my sim card from Jio to Airtel. Now i need to wait for 3 month. Airtel is just 2G and 3G.

@airtelindia you guys hv one of the most terrible service providers. Regd for Xstream fiber, KYC guy called me 7 clock in the morning to get it done. The technician that was sent just looked at the premises and left with no updates. Been 3 days now with no installation and CS.

@AmazonHelp Yes! I have reported this, they are saying that the amazon prime was activated by airtel, so from amazon customer care they can't cancel it. Then I called @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence and they are saying that my phone number is not Airtel, so they can't help me either.

2. Its been 2 days my issue has not been resolved. @airtelindia Technitian are not capable to solve my issue. Have followed up with customer care senior team several tome but still escalation is not working.
