    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Mobile internet 4g is not near 2g network speed, calls aren't getting through if by chance it gets thru it would drop in between. Why are are we goin towards 5g? Let's make 4g better first.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Swapped a sim due to network issues in Bangalore. Sim belongs to Rajasthan circle and got it replaced in Karnataka. Airtel store personnel told it will take 24 hrs to activate Is it possible to get this done soon. #Simswap #activation #NoNotWorking

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Incorrect bill generated for d 2 postpaid no.s which were already merged as part of One Airtel plan (2 postpaid & 1 broadband connection). Also not receiving broadband bill on my registered email id. Airtel customer support failed 2 help on d issue.

    @airtelindia your customer care number is a JOKE. There is simply NO WAY to connect to an actual PERSON. IS THIS YOUR EFFING IDEA OF CUSTOMER CARE? Your app chat bot is USELESS. How is one to resolve an issue? I am the end of my wits. You have become a duopoly and it shows.
