    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have raised a complaint on call drops and network issues, till now the issue has not been fixed. Again trying to log the complaint but the app doesn’t work. Worst network.

    @airtelindia You guys provide a browsing speed of 50KBPS and you ass holes claim that you are the fastest network. Raised a lot of complaints regarding this issue within last 4 months, however all the complainants are closed. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence are ******* **** sucker.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence broadband connection is down since a few days. have contacted various person and also raised customer care complaints and also went to nearby airtel store but got no help. @GRAHAKSEWA would I get the refund for the days i am not able to use it?

    @airtelindia I have got my Airtel Fastag a month back ago. It still says shipped. Bcz of this I am not able to activate my Fastag. Such a carelessness from Airtel. They forgot to mark it as delivered. Please help.

    Hello @airtelindia requested for broadband shifting within city of Bangalore but backend team rejected the request stating service not available. Shocked to hear India's no.1 telecom giant does not even have proper wired connectivity in Bangalore urban. Way to go....

    @airtelindia Hi, registered the Service Request via Reference No. 31-3359077615093 for your Airtel Mobile. The same will be closed within Next 20 Hours.. this is the one that I got on aug 27 and no updates later ..

    @airtelindia I got a fake call from a no. He/She asked me for otp of Airtel app login . And saying that share this otp for increasing validity. I responded very productive way and he cut the call immediately. Please take care. No is :-7719181431. This may be the case of fraud

    @airtelindia is the most fraudulent company I have ever come across in my life. In the beginning their service provides took 1500 rupees and told me my connection would last for 3 months then in 2 months they started generating more bill without even informing me it was postpaid

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia took 1199 broadband plan, router installed but set-top box not installed since 10-15days. The local guy says he’ll come everyday and is borderline abusive. I no longer need the set-top box please downgrade plan. Your customer care numbers dont work!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Disappointed with Airtel Black service. Order (1010103018398) has been delayed with multiple tickets still in-progress and no resolution. Customer support is unresponsive, & the AS Rao Nagar store is not answering calls. This is unacceptable service!

    @airtelindia pathetic, cheater. Took 200 mbps plan getting all of a sudden frequent disconnection. Speed on 2.4 ghz reduced to 30 mbps. Engineer excusing that that's the max you can get and not fixing the problem. Escalation raised no resolution.reference number is 11028112550.

    @airtelindia has to be the worst broadband connection you could ever use. I don't even get the network in my bedroom, because the modem is installed in the dining room. The speed is worst, and the field agent doesn't even want to change the modem or its location. He wants to solve the problem on the call itself, because it saves his time. Worst company, worst service, worst customer experience!
