    @airtelindia It is a complete useless option until and unless it is supported by proper local service excutives. I have taken Airtel black subscription but I don't have access to wifi Or broadband for last three days and it is purly because of ignorance of local Airtel service excutives.

    @airtelindia Airtel SCAMMING CUSTOMERS. suddenly my sim card stopped working and then I had to go to Airtel store to get a new sim for 100. They told me that most of customer have encountered this issue. Once my package is over I'm porting to jio.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @jagograhakjago I am surprised at how at different levels Airtel is failing to address an issue which had been going on for more than a month. The DTH equipment at my home have to be linked to my Subscription ID and no one is able to help.

    What is this behaviour @airtelindia. since last two days network is running even better than 2G of 2014. one every 10 days you send information about network maintenance in the area. even in normal days, you have kept the network as nonsense.
