    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The network and the internet is running very bad in the location tagged.This is not the problem of mine alone. I am writing it down here after getting confirmation from nearly 35+ ppl.This has been a concern from 24th of Jan. Kindly look into this.

    @airtelindia World worst network 😑. If you calling some some then u can use internet. Normally also ther is no network. Airtel alwsys says they have best network but its worst. I made mistake porting my sim card from Jio to Airtel. Now i need to wait for 3 month. Airtel is just 2G and 3G.

    @airtelindia Airtel SCAMMING CUSTOMERS. suddenly my sim card stopped working and then I had to go to Airtel store to get a new sim for 100. They told me that most of customer have encountered this issue. Once my package is over I'm porting to jio.

    Internet Outage from last 48 hours. This is extremely poor service from Airtel Broadband. Better we move to some local service providers. Atleast reliability will be more than Airtel @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia one of the worst ISP and customer service is rating is 0. In my apartment Everyone facing the internet issue and raised multiple complaints but response from Airtel, not even answer the calls. Just simply scamming the people with advertising

    It's not about the network @reliancejio charging for the calls. Even changing the network will not help us because we hear it as the fastest network in internet speed but it is too down and it's like begging for 50kbps @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Swapped a sim due to network issues in Bangalore. Sim belongs to Rajasthan circle and got it replaced in Karnataka. Airtel store personnel told it will take 24 hrs to activate Is it possible to get this done soon. #Simswap #activation #NoNotWorking

    @airtelindia If I recharge with your unlimited plan, the internet barely works properly. And once the recharge expires, even OTPs stop coming. So neither the network service works properly, nor basic OTP access is available after expiry yr.

    I had an issue with @airtelindia broadband once. They asked me to raise a ticket in the Airtel Thanks app. Since the wifi was not working, I was connected to my 4G network. In the app, when I went to the wifi section to raise the ticket, I was asked to connect to the WiFi network. But since the wifi was down, I could not test the connection through the app. Then I switched off the wifi toggle and connected back on mobile data. Then the connection testing started, while I was on Mobile data and the connection was successful. Then the airtel app showed that "Your network is working fine. Thanks for using the airtel app".

    @airtelindia I have been charged more in wifi bill despite paying advance rental . Have identified this now looking at the bills from November 2025 to April 2026. For 5 months I have been charged more and now customer on call support is not helping.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have recharged my airtel sim with 859 plan that gives unlimited 5g, but when my internet speed slowed down, i called your customer care who on 5th time told me that i had used my limit of this plan which is something around few hundred gb +
