    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence On One Hand Airtel is promoting special service to Platinum user and I am platinum user from last 1.5 years and having same network issue. I can’t make even call by 4G network. To make call I have to switch to 2G network.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence My no is not working from yesterday morning. Issued new sim but still same problem no incoming & no outgoing. No solution from Airtel store. Completely helpless #7836899000. kindly help to resolve the issue. Thanks.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am complaining about area network issue from FEBRUARY 2019 but there is no improvement. If u can’t do anything then tell us we can shift to another network. Just clear the Things!

    @airtelindia They still seem to be searching for my request I had put across 5 days back. Still unable to resolve an issue of fraud by their agent and they keep saying we will come back. Seems like if they can't resolve an issue why stay with them.
