I can’t make even call by 4G network. To make call I have to switch to 2G network.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Despite raising multiple support tickets, the issue remains unresolved, and the tickets are being closed without a fix. If this cannot be resolved promptly, I would prefer to proceed with porting my number with jio.
