@airtelindia @rsprasad So Airtel offering Platinum network with extra charges,other lakhs of regular customers are just abandoneds.Hell of the network u have. call drops,no network,internet disconnections..I’m BJP supporter but sorry I want unintrupputed network Ravi sir.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am complaining about area network issue from FEBRUARY 2019 but there is no improvement. If u can’t do anything then tell us we can shift to another network. Just clear the Things!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence On One Hand Airtel is promoting special service to Platinum user and I am platinum user from last 1.5 years and having same network issue. I can’t make even call by 4G network. To make call I have to switch to 2G network.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Got a recharge done on airtel which didn't work and they assured of the refund for the same. been months now and when asking for an update, no interest in replying or answering. Claims to be India's best network and such poor customer service ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
