    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am complaining about area network issue from FEBRUARY 2019 but there is no improvement. If u can’t do anything then tell us we can shift to another network. Just clear the Things!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence On One Hand Airtel is promoting special service to Platinum user and I am platinum user from last 1.5 years and having same network issue. I can’t make even call by 4G network. To make call I have to switch to 2G network.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @AirtelPresence @AirtelIndia What exactly is wrong with Airtel right now? On January 18, I requested to cancel my 4 postpaid and 1 broadband services due to the poor customer service. Considering that, you guys phone me 50–60 times every day to ask why I want to close my numbers.

    @airtelindia I am not able to neither make Or receive phone calls nor use internet from yesterday on my airtel number. Tried conveying the issue to customer are executive but no response. I do not expect such a pathetic service from airtel . Plz resolve the issue

    @airtelindia You People First give proper 4g service in the Bangalore for postpaid customer, then think about 5g. It's waste of customer money simply paying to you. Worst service. Better to opt for MNP.

    Please update tower and site updration.. internet not working not even 50kb.. The problem is still continue since 9 mo month. Its time to now port or switch to other network . Many time complained but still same @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
