    @airtelindia @rsprasad So Airtel offering Platinum network with extra charges,other lakhs of regular customers are just abandoneds.Hell of the network u have. call drops,no network,internet disconnections..I’m BJP supporter but sorry I want unintrupputed network Ravi sir.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence My no is not working from yesterday morning. Issued new sim but still same problem no incoming & no outgoing. No solution from Airtel store. Completely helpless #7836899000. kindly help to resolve the issue. Thanks.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am complaining about area network issue from FEBRUARY 2019 but there is no improvement. If u can’t do anything then tell us we can shift to another network. Just clear the Things!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence On One Hand Airtel is promoting special service to Platinum user and I am platinum user from last 1.5 years and having same network issue. I can’t make even call by 4G network. To make call I have to switch to 2G network.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is the worst service I have ever experienced. My Xstream Fiver is not working since 13 May morning lodged a complaint and expected time for resolution is by 16th May. How do you expect working professionals to wfh where you can’t rely on the network

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The fat box in my area has 10 connections but wires are 14 Your engineers take out one and insert other every time. All connection holders are facing issue. This is going on since February this year, yet there is no resolution

    Pathetic customer care @airtelindia . Even local broadband services offer faster resolution. Spoke to at least 8 different representatives. And everyone offered quick resolution. And yet nothing. The last one I spoke to, Richa, ended up saying it will be done tomorrow. WORST!

    Applied for Airtel Wi-Fi connection and paid ₹1500 in cash. After 3 days, the technician informed me that service feasibility is not available at my location and the request was cancelled. Request ID: 21-168181693102 Kindly process my refund at the earliest. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia your wifi services are dead for 2 days across Hyderabad and there hasn't been any progress/update since yesterday. Your bots just send an automated message in the the DMs but fail to provide any concrete solution. If u can't fix, please cancel my olan and refund.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have installed Airtel DTH and now it is not working. When engineer visited he asked for 700 rs as charges to repair. Why do I need to pay charges?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what do I have to do to get my wifi installation charges refunded . You don’t have a customer care phone number and your chat bot support on the Airtel app is absolutely bogus. Even you don’t respond to DMs.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What kind of service are u giving to your customer. Its been 4,5 days my internet and my tv channels have gone but till now nothing u all have done. If u cant provide the service then just say so ... Then i can throw the wifi.
