    It's been 8 days and my Xstream Broadband connection is not shifted to my new location, What a service by @airtelindia Made 3 calls per day for complaint for 3 days continuously, just got to listening that team will call back you in 4 hrs and still same no response.@airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence people please be aware of their fraud fiber service. Their thanks app is useless. Call centre has no idea what to respond. Email service is also pathetic, no revert for days. No one knows how to get a simple issue resolved.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's been 3 days now without internet. My fiber net went down on 9th and till now, no on even bothered to give me a call even after repeated complaints and escalations. Thanks a tonne for this fantastic customer service! I live in a metro city, FYI!
