    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am complaining about area network issue from FEBRUARY 2019 but there is no improvement. If u can’t do anything then tell us we can shift to another network. Just clear the Things!

    @airtelindia you promise to have 0 customer issues. Airtel DTH connection supposed to be installed 2 days back as part of Airtel black is still pending. I have paid in advance and no installation yet. You ask customer to call the related person and check when he can come. 1/n

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i have my Airtel fiber down from the last five days .. inspite of raising two tickets , there is no one to resolve the issue... calling up the customer Service , says we have picked it up on priority , they make customer look like a fool, trying .

    Dear @airtelindia, It's been 5 days since my broadband is not working. I keep raising complaints relentlessly, following up with you with no resolution yet. You keep sharing me a technician number (kushal 8047321694) whose words I quote " Ye mera Area nhi hai, main nhi aaunga".
