    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India Facing serious service issues with Airtel Black. Shifting request (Apr 2) still not closed → unable to process cancellation. Even after payment & multiple follow-ups, I’m being asked to wait repeatedly without resolution.

    Dear @TRAI if I didn’t pay bill my services are halted immediately bill is cleared from my side but @airtelindia is unable to resolve my issue no contact with customer care only AI chat bot. There should be any guidance on if customer want to talk to agent

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Absolutely unacceptable service. My Airtel Xstream Fiber connection in Shanti Nagar, Bangalore was activated 7 days ago, but the fiber cable is STILL not installed. The router was set up and the plan is running, yet I have ZERO internet access.

    @airtelindia we have airtel fiber, from last week there is a buffering on the internet, every 10-15 min loss of connection happens, even after complaints,they are closing the complaint without visiting the home. Airtel is poor in int cont. @JioCare are u available at indrapuram
