    @Airtel_Presence new customers on-boarding. So, this makes me think whether @airtelindia is doing some sort of anti-consumer strategy where they are pushing every new customer to join postpaid plans to generate more revenue. Well, I sincerely hope that isn't true. -4/5

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @Airtel horrible experience visiting airtel cust care at kalkaji new delhi, with my daughter. Assis manager threaten to call the police as complaint about behavior. Is this the way staff work? Not just with me,rudly behaviour wit my daughter also 1/n

    @airtelindia @Airtelcustomer9 internet issue for the past 3 days. No update on the SR no. 10110410429 so far. Airtel store executives not responding, some phones switched off. Such a poor response. No one has called yet. Regret to hold a AIRTEL BLACK account.
