  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am using airtel xstream fiber from 10 months nearly I faced many issues but satisfied with resolutioone issue that was solved in last month January. Cable had broken outside,instead of replacing the cable they joined it. Again facing issue.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews the customer care representative are true robot. They never go into history of complaint. I have my ₹558 wrongly deducted but after over 1 month of discussions these robots have not been able to understand the problem. Enough
