    @Airtel_Presence this is a mental harrasment case. I will file a complain against @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia in consumer court now. I want resolution as soon as possible.

    @airtelindia @TRAI the site doesn't mention the apellate authority for escalation for complaints for DTH connection. currently we can raise a complaint only if you are already a DTH activated and customer ID given but not for customers who have paid an advance for connection

    . @airtelindia Every 4 weeks, my Airtel Xstream Fiber stops working due to what your support team says is a power issue with the fiber infrastructure. I have to raise a new service request every time just to get it fixed, but there is still no permanent resolution.

    Hey @airtelindia I booked a service for wifi installation yesterday. The executive took 1500 rupees for installation and it was supposed to be installed today or yesterday But the person is no responding to our calls and not giving clear instructions about our wifi service

    @airtelindia Our airfiber connection is facing issues for the second time in five days. It is ridiculous that we have to spend so much time with your chatbot instead of being able to speak with a technical person. This is a real inconvenience. Please resolve our problem!

    @airtelindia **2/4** Fiber was finally installed on **16 July**, but the **DTH included in the same plan was NEVER installed**, despite numerous calls and follow-ups from my end. After repeatedly chasing Airtel for a service I had already paid for, I was left with no option but to call it off
