    @airtelindia Your network in Gulzar Colony, Parbhani has been showing 2G for the last 6–7 hours. I am unable to make calls or use mobile internet properly. This is not an isolated incident we have been facing such network problems repeatedly in Parbhani. 1/3

    @airtelindia Extremely frustrated with the pathetic network coverage in my area (PIN: 209601, UP). Ported from Jio to Airtel postpaid expecting better connectivity, but it's turning out to be a massive mistake. Fix this immediately!

    @airtelindia I got new sim it was delivered on 1st sep still not activated details are already in dm Worst part is I am not able to reach out to customer support anyway store says they can not help Cc @TRAI

    @airtelindia Because of these ongoing issues, all the other SIMs in my family have already been ported to Jio. This is the last Airtel SIM we still have. We stayed with Airtel even when Jio services were free because we trusted Airtel for better network quality. Unfortunately, 2/N

    @airtelindia why no network from last 3 days ? Number is 8318166565 recharged for 199 just now still no signal should I switched to other network ?

    @reliancejio @JioCare : such kind of response and behaviour never expected. Seems basic sanitisation is missing. I have @airtelindia connection too . Never faced such issues. Ask your field employees to focus on real troubleshooting instead of insist for OTP and close complain
