Airtel pack was going to expire today so before expiring I used the data then I recharged it, turn out doing recharge was not useful thanks to **** service by @airtelindia . This is the way Airtel making us fool they stole 1day data balance i.e.5rupee there are 355.29million user

@airtelindia Dear Team, been an Airtel customer for the past 15+ years. But my recent experience with International roaming has been horrible. After more than 25 days of follow up, I am not getting a single descent response or resolution. Extremely dissatisfied with the service and staff.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The worst costomer service I have ever experienced is off Airtel . In Airtel Thanks app the help centre have limited options, many important options/complaint are missing and on connecting to costomer care call get connected to VI care.

What the hell wrong with your service @airtelindia I recharged my grandmother mobile still getting automated voice message - incoming call facility is not enabled on this number. Are you guys really caring about your business or robbing customers with false advertising?
