    Worst ever wifi and voice call services by @airtelindia in Nirjuli. Every week a complaint needs to be lodged for call drops, muted calls, poor 5G and erratic wifi. All they provide is resolution of the complaint after a few days only the same issues to recur.

    @airtelindia what are you up to?????Worst service from Airtel Xstream., there was just a generic reply. Account 10101025075722 Completely ruined my work. No internet at all from 24 hours, I've lost mt working hours. I wantcresolution. I'm going to complain in consumer court.

    The most problematic is that @airtelindia market and position themselves ultra-pro customer satisfaction oriented service provider but have the worst customer support. Their IVRs are architected in such way that customer grievances seldom get’s addressed and for that matter resolved. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence charged. Called your CC, the CC rep (Ms. Mitra) tool the request for downgrading the plan but refused to take the request for refund. If this is how you treat a long time customer with a all-in-one Black plan, God knows how you will treat other customers. 2/2
