    Airtel is giving worst service. Not only in case of internet but in calling also. The customer care at 198 and representatives at customer service are good for nothing. Grow up. First improve your basic 4G network then go for 5g, 6G, 7G,....... @airtelindia

    Dear Airtel Support, The mobile internet is not working only on my number 7266869272. I have checked the SIM in multiple phones, and calling services are working normally, but the mobile data is not working. The issue has been continuing for the last 3 days. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Hopeless service of Airtel broadband. The WiFi transfer from one house to another, 50 metres away, cannot be completed even after 3 days. Hired beggars and rickshawpullers in your team who know nothing.

    @airtelindia xtreme fibre wifi is off, and airtel gives a time of two days to resolve it. There is no physical damage to the wires etc as enquired by the chatbit, just the network is off.

    I am working right now & the Airtel internet is down again. Probably the 5/6th time this month. If it remains like this for another month I will cancel it as this is the 2nd month of frequent disruption. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews After escalating, I was finally given a 24-hour resolution time. I also found the nearby fiber distribution box left open with loose cables (photo attached). Please investigate and provide the actual reason instead of repeated delays.
