    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have an optical fibre connection which is linked with an airtel landline. Since the past 1 week, the landline number is out-of-service. Can't make or receive call on it. I have been trying to raise a complaint on both 121 & 198, but just can't.

    @airtelindia @therealkapildev Very disappointed with airtel services.. My broadband connection is not working from 2nd July morning and i raised a complaint but no body turned up.. Call centre executive is not able to give any proper response.. Pathetic service.. Complaint no 10058597250

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews do u understand the importance of others time? People have to raise complaints, follow up on long customer calls and then with the technicians for hours and still no one comes to fix the broadband issue. Even tweeting here is useless
