@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews We have been facing issues with mobile internet since past 2 months. We have been complaining daily, but issue is not resloving. Every time we contact, they are assuring that issue will be resolved with in 4 hours, but failing to do.

@Airtel_Presence @care_DIR @airtelindia What an excellent service by Airtel to postpaid Platinum users,it has been 4 days while I complained on Twitter ,reply recieved Airtel team will contact you but actually no one bother to take the issue on priority. Worst ,pathetic ,ridiculous!!
@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's 72 hours since last conversation with customer care and whatever promised is not delivered till now. No wonder why the customer base is declining rapidly in india.
