    Today is 24 August, and it’s been 15+ days without usable internet. I’ve contacted Airtel multiple times, but nobody is actually resolving the issue. @airtelindia — please take ownership and provide a proper solution instead of making me chase different teams.

    You know what's the most difficult task in the whole world? Disconnecting the airtel @airtelindia connection. I have been trying to disconnect it since Sunday and almost called 100 different people but no resolution. I don't know why it's soo dramatic. I am frustrated a lot. Sometimes their customer care people says to call 121 and nothing happens on 121, after a beep the call get cut. I know they will keep billing me as they want to extort the money instead of simply closing the connection. @airtelindia you have pathetic service.

    Every alternate day I have to complaint for my wifi not working still @airtelindia doesn't give two shits about their customer . Please be clear with whether you want to improve your service or I should just change my service provider because we have got work to do everyday rather than complaining all day long and still seeing no response or concern from anyone @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia sab jane ek dusre par dal rahe hai customer care wale bol rahe hai 2 hour me call aa jayega 3 day ho gaye koi cancle nahi kar raha hai. I am waiting last option mere pass consumer court rahega because i am advocate.
