@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Wtf is wrong with the internet today. I can only get 3g network today. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. I have added the location to the tweet.... The tower is named Selaqui on my Airtel app.I also experience low download speed at times.

@airtelindia LOS issue. Engineer turned up in the evening. After checking he said he’ll check the cable for faults. No clarity on whether he’ll return or not. After waiting for more than an hour, tried calling him multiple times; he didn’t answer. What sort of service is this?

@airtelindia my service requests for xtream fiber has been closed without resolution. Apart from ticket i informed customer care about the physical damage to the fiber on the street. No resolution has been provided. Pathetic service!!!
