@airtelindia Plz start working on customer feedback on priority otherwise you may also face tough time in terms of retaining ur customer. I enter DTH cust ID and ur IVR tells me my prepaid balance instead of telling my DTH balance. Very hard 2 connect with ur live agent.1/2

Apparently @airtelindia charges customer for broadband they haven’t been using for months. They upgrade plans on their own, fix a new modem on their own and forget to disconnect the earlier connection and charge for it. Later try to negotiate over the bill. @Airtel_Presence
