  I am an @airtelindia Black cust. I am paying 1500/month for wifi+DTH. My DTH is not working from last week and I have raised complaints multiple times but still have not received any solution from the company. My complaint numbers are 656624426, 656720446, 656739162.

  I am already mentioned I am in USA I can’t able come to India now And I ask the customer support to connect to their manager or any higher level employees they said they can’t and after sometime they saying no one is available. This is ridiculous @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
