    @airtelindia Airtel authority must know the speed of their Airtel4G Network where a simple file of Kilobyte is not downloading. How can we expect a YouTube video for students depending online classes & comp.Exams. My all emails to their office went in-vain so far.Remedy expected.

    @airtelindia airtel network is horrible here in Jamshedpur. I have taken 3 sim cards, dth connection with internet recently. The network is horrible and i am unable to connect with internet due to poor signal. Kindly correct ASAP else I need to close all connections and switch.

    Will never again or recommend anyone for airtel Xtreme wifi. My wifi is off for more than a week there is no one in customer care or anyone to address the issue. Will have close the connection @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Porting to Airtel Postpaid was the biggest mistake i have done. Apprx 2000 rs bill has been paid and yet issue is not solved. Just try again and wait 4hrs or 8 hrs is the statement @TRAI

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Not only has your service team failed to show up despite repeatedly rescheduling my Wi-Fi appointment, but there is absolutely no response to my complaint on Twitter either. This is not the level of service expected from Airtel.

    @airtelindia @AirtelWiFi143 @Airtel_Presence it’s been 5 days since we made a complaint .. every month at least 3 days internet is not there .. how do think we can run our offices. made several complaints, you staff is saying there is issue company is not ready to address. unfortunately even after this you won’t fix .. I just wanted it to vent out.

    @airtelindia This is becoming ridiculous. I scheduled a Wi-Fi service visit day before yesterday, and it has been rescheduled repeatedly.

    I am no longer satisfied with this service. Therefore, please disconnect/terminate my Airtel Black connection and provide me with written confirmation once the connection has been closed. @airtelindia
