    @airtelindia Airtel authority must know the speed of their Airtel4G Network where a simple file of Kilobyte is not downloading. How can we expect a YouTube video for students depending online classes & comp.Exams. My all emails to their office went in-vain so far.Remedy expected.

    Poor mobile connectivity in Hafaluting, Sivasagar, Assam has persisted for years. Just 10–12 km from town, Airtel and Jio barely work. Everyone depends on mobile data. Why is this still unresolved? Authorities must act now and ensure a permanent solution.@airtelindia @JioCare

    @airtelindia @airtelnews What a terrible service you are giving. Since yesterday evening at 5 PM the WiFi has been down and it still hasn’t come back. Neither can wecontact Airtel customer care nor get the engineer’s contact details. How long will this issue take to be resolved

    @Airtelcare24x @airtelindia @airtelbank What kind of stupid people are sitting at customer care who are not able to understand simple things. Transaction Id 648910193193 refund is not processed since 30th March and people have no idea or sense. Kindly intervene and let us know
