    @airtelindia Airtel authority must know the speed of their Airtel4G Network where a simple file of Kilobyte is not downloading. How can we expect a YouTube video for students depending online classes & comp.Exams. My all emails to their office went in-vain so far.Remedy expected.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi Team, I am getting 5-10 Mbps speed in Wifi since morning, when I am paying for a 200 Mbps plan. I tried using the Airtel App to complain about it but it is so useless that I couldn't even register a complaint using it. Please look into the matter urgently, it's hampering my work. #AirtelPoorServices

    @airtelindia , your senior management is full of cheap sales people . They have given targets to reduce connection returns instead of fixing speed quality. After an important video call got disrupted.. decided to return it .. but customer care issued repair request for incentive

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I recently recharged my number 8780359977 with ₹3599, but I would like to upgrade it to the ₹4099 plan. The plan just started on 2 May 2026, and I’m completely okay to pay the price difference. Could you please help me with this request?

    @Airtel_Presence Hey Airtel, what exactly are you counting for 3 days? Even election votes across 5 states get counted in a day, but you still can’t figure out my data usage mismatch Stop stalling and give a clear answer. This delay just makes it look like you’re avoiding the issue. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your customer care on 121 doesn't let me reach humans, your engineer doesn't arrive on time and tells me I have 20 more complaints, have a missed call and went away. Your DM says it was to be resolved 3 hours ago.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence WiFi has been down for 3 days in Murthal, Sonipat (131001). Main line issue still unresolved. Local technician is available but not authorized to fix it. Extremely poor service and no timely support. Please resolve ASAP.
