  @airtelindia Airtel authority must know the speed of their Airtel4G Network where a simple file of Kilobyte is not downloading. How can we expect a YouTube video for students depending online classes & comp.Exams. My all emails to their office went in-vain so far.Remedy expected.

  @airtelindia your priority black customer requests iptv installation, no one from airtel follows through. Request pending since 2 days , multiple follow ups with customer care but no output. Just pathetic service. Why have you launched iptv when you cannot even service installs

  Dear @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence , your customer used to suffer with your service just because of non-availability of technicians between 6 pm to 10 am in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. Due to this , almost 18 hrs took to repair breakdowns. This time it's happening 3 times/week

  Today on enquiry I am being told that no cancellation request or task raised. Now it will take another 5-7 days. Simply keeping/holding money of customers illegally. Worst service.@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airttelfibre
