@airtelindia My concern is regarding order ID 21-22106984975. We applied for a Airtel broadband connection and did payment of Rs. 3003.10 on 27th June at 10.20 am. The person who booked went and said that it will be installed by service team.

@Airtel_Presence My service request number 10057426848 was assigned to your Technician but he called me and tried to reschedule the visit by lying and asking the OTP for rescheduling the visit by himself. My issue isn't fixed yet too. Please look into it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia He said that we will get back our refund in original payment method. Now my concern is that when will we get back pure refund since Airtel was not able to provide us a service. Also, if box was full then why this exercise was done to trouble the customer
