    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I recently porter from JIO. NW is poor as hell in Sholinganallur, Chennai 600119. Cust care is not connecting at all in 198 and 121 as well. Volte is on and all recommended set up. Poor service and regret joined airtel

    @airtelindia I made a recharge on #Airtel #ThanksApp on July 4 (Transaction Reference No. 256335132), however, no invoice has been provided. It has been more than 15 days since I first registered my complaint yet no resolution or even response to the issue. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE OF AIRTEL

    @airtelindia I am facing internet issue and have lodged compliant for Mobile no. 7300086688. Even wrote to appellate authority but problem still persists. Horrible experience, I wouldn't subscribe to Airtel services again. I will port to another service provider.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst service ever.. last 15 days I was try to make payment through airtel payment bank but I can't do this same.. despite several time mail/call to the customer care always find problematic answers instead solution. Case no.16730010..worst..

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence A postpaid mobile user has to wait 2 weeks to get data access in this day and age. Your network engineers need 2wks to resolve internet access issue? No real update,only intimation that network team is looking into the issue. Disappointing!
