    Hi Airtel, when I initially checked my device readiness, Priority Postpaid was enabled on my Airtel postpaid number. However, after checking again, it's now showing "Phone not ready" and says my device doesn't support the required software. I'm using a Google Pixel 7 running the latest Android 16, and 5G SA/Network Slicing are already enabled on my number. Could you please clarify why this status has changed and help resolve the issue? @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I got the replacement sim on monday 7 PM through airtel store and they told with in 4 hours sim will be activate but still now it's not working for incoming and outgoing calls Sms and internet is working fine Visited airtel showroom twice again but no luck

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I have been raising complaint for wifi issue since the last 2 days,have been told every time it will be fixed in 10 min but nothing is being fixed, the support team is literally unable to help, pls remove connection if you can’t help

    I have already escalated the matter through public grievance channels, yet the issue continues. Frequent disconnections, low speeds during daytime, complaints closed without resolution, and now missing complaint records in the app. 4/n @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
