    I am very unhappy to state that i have applied for xtreme connection on Feb 5 with the payment of 2829 rs since then i have to wait for 10 days for a "sorry" and i should opt for refund. Its been 4 days and no refund has reached. Extremely poor service 👎 @airtelindia

    @airtelindia How proud can you be to lose an new customer, i have placed request to install broadband on 13th jan and 3 month rental paid in advance, still nothing happened anything. I hope you understand the importance of being a service provider in such trying times.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ek flash message band karne kaa request tumlog se 1 mahine se solve nahi ho rha, 5G kya chalaaoge? I give you 3 more days if you don't solve the issue already complained about, I will do MNP to @JioCare. Airtel has made my life hell. I can't create UPI pin (1/2)

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia getting messages everyday that network in my area has been improved. but since last 4-5 days the 4g network is so poor or even no 4g network showing. It is just showing E Please do something ASAP. It's impacting our work Village-kanchanpur Pin 844102

    Is @airtelindia down? Getting no network since last 20-25 minutes. I thought someone did this on purpose by cloning my SIM and that's the reason why I'm not getting network. Checked bank balance and emails, seems to be issue from operator.

    The machine for connection is pending foe installation for more than a month and no one cares to install, this is not expected from a company like airtel who advertises for being customer oriented and everything else.I am also a existing airtel user @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia still no 5g coverage in my house, complained 1month back but no solution,counting days to port back to @JioCare after 90 days,one month passed ,60more days to go. Jio also doesn’t have great coverage in my area but they are better than Airtel.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I clarified to her that as a consumer, I would not automatically know the process. I need the customer care team to guide me and the first agent told me that nothing was to be done from my end. She said she'll forward the request to the senior team. Again, I got no call.

    It's an absolutely pathetic from @airtelindia , I recharged a 5G plan- I should get unlimited 5g in covered areas, but as the daily 2gb quota finished service slow down, previously i have complained regarding the same @TRAI are guys blind, don't you see their frauds

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I was told that it was a post-paid connection and that I would be billed even if I didn't use it. But that's not the point. The point was that the exact process was never clarified to me. And I was always clear that I wanted disconnection.
