The machine for connection is pending foe installation for more than a month and no one cares to install, this is not expected from a company like airtel who advertises for being customer oriented and everything else.I am also a existing airtel user @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Dear @DoPTGoI, Why have you given licences to the operators such as @JioCare and @airtelindia if they are unable to maintain the network during no electricity hours. In my area is not a single network. They don't even have a generator to operate the tower.
