Raised a request for new @airtelindia connection and no reply for 4 days. Tried calling 121/198 and they are switched off. How can mobile operator having their mobile number switched off? BTW, I am apparently a platinum customer. Nothing platinum about the experience

@airtelindia @DoT_India Just got another call from your company executive Monica and she told me that to resolve the issue just change your sim card. When asked about the bill waiver she told me that in Airtel there is no provision for any waiver of any kind. Hats Off looters. Keep going pathetic people
