    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i m facing issue while downloading bigger files i.e 100mb & more packet data has lot fluctuations everytime & most of time file gets failed to download. Can you check. U provide speed more than 30mb but i can't download a file of 30mb in one shot.

    Hi, Im facing lots of internet connection issue in my airtel Xtream Fiber from 1st day of the installation . And also not getting the proper upload speed which I am paying for. I’m payning for 200mbps upload and download but not getting that much speed @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia ...on a week day the broadband is down for more than 6 hours..no advance notice..and worse is even my mobile service is down... regretting subscribing to the Airtel black bundle... Very frequent planned & unplanned outages...will have to switch if this continues

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Pathetic service and pathetic rules from Airtel. When someone wants to start service with you, you people work like customer is god but when customer wants some separation or degrade the plan you treat them like he did a crime.

    @airtelindia can you please help in changing the vehicle class to private in my Airtel fastag. Your customer care is asking me to buy a new one despite the fact that it was incorrect when I first bought it. There has to be a solution to change it rather than buying a new one.

    @Airtel_Presence i live in A pocket Sarita Vihar 110076. You tower is in Pocket H. I have made many complaint. I do not get signals in my flat. Raised a ticket that says will take 15 days. Let me know in a day or two or i port to another network @airtelindia
