    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it’s really sad to see poor customer service for the high priority cases. I’m so called priority customer but had raised complaint yesterday and have not revived solution yet when I’m working from home and network is utmost priority.

    @vee22n @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Oh I have the same issue with Vodafone or vi whatever they call themselves now. Apparently, the service providers can call their customers even if they are on DND this is what I got to know from VI when I raised a complaint. So you can imagine with other marketing calls.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you have one of the worst customer service department, I complained 3 days back for network connection in my broad band, instead of sending person next day you send it today and by today network was on so I did not complain in between this 2 days.1/2
