  @pbhushan1 Very true . Speed is just the name . They don’t have enough bandwidth. They will come and say now they changed the backend settings and now things will improve. Its eyewash . I always feel multiple G’s from 2 G to 5G is a scam with govt support. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia My concern is the loss of paid validity caused by Airtel's delayed activation. This is not about ₹399. The amount itself is insignificant. My concern is how many customers may face similar issues and simply accept the loss because the amount involved is small.

  @airtelindia Dear Airtel, first of all, speak to the store manager at Mansarovar, Jaipur, and teach him some manners; only then should you look to expand your business. It's really so poor service

  @airtelindia we need services not the help of customer care, further requested not to give lollipop to customers of waivers as you are making money during such outages or technical glitches from innocent customers

  One of the worst customer service @airtelindia is having. I have recently purchased a new connection and internet goes down from the next day. Complaining and following up since last 3 days but no resolution. No one is taking responsibility. Should avoid buying Airtel broadband.

  Respected sir, recently I purchased an Airtel prepaid SIM from an Airtel Retailer store in Kolkata. I successfully converted this physical SIM into eSIM. My mobile data is perfectly working with high speed but the problem is Calling is still not activated. Help. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia u must shut down u r too big too handle customers nw shame on u I hv wanted to disconnect ur wifi bt ur executive put me on hold for 25 mins Im not paying the bills nw and put a case in consumer court for harrassment @BandBajaateRaho @Consumer2Court
