    @airtelindia Pathetic service. Paid for fibre broadband semi annual plan on 01-08-2022 and it's been 7 days and still no installation and no response from Airtel.

    @airtelindia @DoT_India You guys are launching 5g. But truth is that you cannot provide good 4g connectivity. I have complaint almost 10 times but still there is no improvement. In speed test it's 0.56mbps downloading speed and 279 ms ping. First improve your 4g connectivity. And solve my problem.

    @airtelindia it’s becoming a nightmare to get replacement sim for a person who has bn hospitalised & the agents are postponing to come, verify & issue the sim. It’s been asked to come and visit the Center, but a patient can’t visit. Right? Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very disappointed with the Airtel black broadband service for last two months...it seems impossible to contact customer care if someone want he needs to purchase Airtel sim for it. Never ever going to Airtel services

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence -- Team I have been trying to get an airtel black - Digital TV box for the last 3 weeks. Your team is entirely not equipped enough to even handle a new connection request. Imagine the service request after it. Disappointed!
