  Does @airtelindia care about its customers? We have four connects on family plan. Main number network disappears frequently. Repeated complaints. No action. Nodal officer- Lip service. Same handset with jio Sim. No issues. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia disgusting service just have an existing air fiber connection moved from one building to another in the same society. Wait time 3 days and still nothing. Customer service just asks u to wai for a call and nothing happens. Make u wait til EOD and say not possible.

  @airtelindia - I have been asking Airtel to strech the network by just 100 meters from my location and I will throw Jio out...but seems Airtel is neglecting the requirement. Jio Mobile and fiber is down since 2 hours and there is no one to talk. Idiots.

  My father uses a basic keypad phone no internet, just calls. Airtel219 voice plan is gone, and now the nearest option is 399 with 1.5 GBday. Why force basic phone users and senior citizens to pay for data they'll never use? Not everyone needs the internet. @airtelindia #Airtel
