@airtelindia @ViCustomerCare When I mistakenly convert Airtel prepaid to postpaid i informed to your customer care on the sport and they told it will convert in 24hr Postpaid to prepaid (check call records), after the i waited for it and they didn't took any actions.

Airtel broadband not working since around 11.30 am in Chandigarh . Service recovery time first 3.21 pm , then 6.21, then 9.21 and now ? Please try to fix it and inform customers via SMS if you have such a major service disruption . @airtelindia , @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @reliancejio I rarely post anything, but now I have to do this. During 2021-2022 I was using Jio internet. Being honest, I never had an issue once it was the best. Even if I did see some trouble, the customer support over the phone was able to fix the same.

@airtelindia @ViCustomerCare cand i think to be in postpaid with low price but when i call again and your customer care service cut my phone many times. I don't even talk rudely so i switched .you can check it in your records THEN I decided to port.

@airtelindia How you deal with people of india and your presentation about 5g still your 4g network is too slow and you are charging much money to the people's airtel of india do u think that we are not going to west our money with poor quality network shame shame
