  @theBook72 @airtelindia Same situation here , i have complaint many times but they don't listen. I have 5G unlimited recharge with 5G phone but my 4G data get consumed daily.

  A friend raised a service request with @airtelindia to switch from postpaid to Prepaid. Request was raised with a service request number and a resolution time of 48 hours. In those 48 hours, Airtel made probably 50+ calls to the customer and then cancelled the postpaid to prepaid request on its own. The kind of scams telcos like Airtel runs for postpaid customers is why customers have trust issues and people prefer prepaid. Not to forget the efforts customer will have to take to switch back to Prepaid by visiting their gallery and harassment with over 50+ calls by the company again. Terrible.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what are you guys doing in this day and age. 24 hours internet outage in Lohegaon, Pune with no ETA. Just getting repeated messages continuosly with no updates!

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Finally ! Airtel Kumbhakaran get up 12:15 PM and joined wire within 10 Min ! Who was suffered a customer! For 10 min work wait more than 24 hrs ! Loosing work from home , kids suffering online classes ! Don't know how Airtel behave with customer! No strong customer support

  @airtelindia it's been 5 days since I made the payment for an Airtel Wi-Fi/AirFiber connection, but no technician has visited for installation yet. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any proper update. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest.

  Dear Airtel calling this Wi-Fi "high-speed internet" is the biggest joke of 2026. Constant lag frequent disconnections and speeds nowhere close to what I'm paying for Customers deserve better service not daily frustration Fix this ASAP. #Airtel #AirtelXstreamFiber @airtelindia
