  @airtelindia, your team in Gorakhpur, UP region is not fixing broadband issue from past 5 days and visiting every day with no solution. It is tough to work. Today they asked us to close ticket and they will change router tomorrow evening. Please get it fixed today to unblock

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Services Broadband services are completely down from last 3-4 hours in Greater Noida West and as per your IVR,restore time is 9 pm as on today. No advance notification to users,No clear information with support teams Very unprofessional Customer handling.

  @airtelindia Your hello tune feature is not working. My hello tune is not audible to the callers. This happens with whatever the caller tune I choose through Airtelthanks app. So many times raise a ticket about it. But, no response. Even through app it’s not resolved. Pls resolve

  My number returned to Airtel after inactivity. At the store, I’m being forced to take a postpaid plan with high charges to get it back. There is no such rule mandating postpaid for SIM re-issue. Mis-selling. Please clarify and take action. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
