    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very very pathetic service of Xtream broadband. Since 10 hours internet not working. Received message that technical problem resolved but still not functional. Spend some money on improving services rather than making just advertisements.

    @airtelindia I had registered for shifting of my broadband service on Friday 30th June and your team had assured me that shifting will be done within 24 hours..It's been 7 days now and I have spoken to your dedicated customer support executive, dedicated supervisor your dedicated engineering

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is there a new rule that you have to pay in advance if you want a wifi connection done? Otherwise people from Airtel don't even bother put connection? This is when the person is getting second Airtel broadband because the speed is slow!!!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Shame on you. You're not able to provide waiver of your faulty services. 25 days out of service,raised too many complaints but nothing. And CC just ignore multiple requests. Sent E-mail so many times but no +ve response at all.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence daily morning i have the same work of getting no internet speed and start tweeting. I am not sure what Airtel is providing to its customers after hefty bill amount that they are taking. something very wrong and there is no resolution to this debate

    @airtelindia Why don't u deduct money from main balance for outgoing sms and u r asking customers 2 recharge with min 120 for outgoing sms and d worst part is,one has to recharge wid min 120 to b able to send SMS for portability, Looting at its best..

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence says that it can solve your issues within 24hours, but takes more than 56Hours to actually move their lazy bodies to function. Disappointed but not surprised. Fastest 4G May be but the slowest customer service👍🏻
