@airtelindia I am new prepaid user . I have been told to do first recharge of 297. I am trying to do using airtel thanks app but it's not allowing as there is no such recharge. I tried using third party app but still transaction getting failed. Can you please help.

I had severe network issue, my phone was on zero network for nearly 1.5 months. I registered a complaint on the customer care and also visited the Airtel store. I was assured that my issue will be solved within 10 days of registration of complaint @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence On 2nd dec’20 we have registered the complaint that our wifi is not working still it is not solved. Everyone is working from home. 40mbps plan we have, speed we’re getting 5mbps. Even our router has been changed, after that we’re facing more issues.
