    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i applied for porting vi to airtel and had an appointment on Wednesday(26/01) at chennai.Nobody showed up and on contacting the so called 'airtel friend' today not only was he rude,but also told me 'then don't take the connection'. 9074374841

    @airtelindia not only was my portable internet plan charges increased without any warning to me, but I have been unable to get through to ANY customer care to fix the problem. The Airtel app is of NO help to me because it sends OTPs to the SIM that is INSIDE the dongle! 1/2
