    @airtelindia Once in 3 months, making payment through your systems dont work. And then when it is reported to your team, instead of looking into it they share the other channels as if I wouldnt know them. Can u be more receptive to issues and resolve them rather than giving gyan

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia network is getting worse day by day... Poor voice quality. Frequent call drop out sucks. It's nightmarishly difficult to talk with anyone for 5 mins on your network.

    Continued @airtelindia My broadband service is not working from yesterday, but no one from the service team really cared about it. Now realising should have opted for some other broadband service provider. Hope will get some resolution asap.

    @airtelindia waiting for new broadband connection 08049757716 installation for 3 days. Already paid the 6 month rental. Technician (+919311636926) not picking the call and nor visiting the site. Customer care server is down. Kindly resolve the issue.
