From yesterday my airtel network is not working. So i reached the near by airtel showroom,they provided a new sim and charged Rs.150. In the new sim pack it shows Rs.5. @airtelindia please look into this early

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is the worst service provider in country, its my 3rd day without internet, office work stopped. Technician was to visit on 3/8 bt no call & no text since then & i hv called you twice & was promised high escalation and result is 0, wht a loser u r.

@ViCustomerCare Almost 4 Month gone still didn't resolve problem now we understand that it will take time but this is too much. Now better to port to @reliancejio or @airtelindia .

@Airtel_Presence Will I ever get a call from @airtelindia to resolve the issue or initiate immediate refund? Engineer said he can start the connection right now but the backend is not able to move the request to resolve hence he can't. This is nt customers fault, it's ur internal issue!
