    @airtelindia Very disappointed with the Airtel Black services your IVR options take too long to connect with unnecessary information played on IVR and your operators have no solution to problems and not even taking complaint s and sharing complaint number (mr Jitendra pal Singh)

    No network since an hour on my @airtelindia number. Cant make calls. Have shared the issue multiple times with the team, but no improvement. Call drops, bad voice quality was still bearable but with high prices, it is not acceptable. Do smtng.

    @Airtel_Presence Day 7 and still no installation. @airtelindia WiFi shifting request (ID: 10916105081) no update, no action. How long should a customer wait? If it can’t be done, inform clearly so I can switch. Extremely disappointing

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I dont need any waiver from you. I am just saying i will not pay the bills till the time my network issue resolve. And after that also I will just pay the bill not the late fee or any other charges Now it's on you that how fast you are solving my network issues 🙏

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia If anyone still following this then there is still no progress. The ground team visits and promises to come back in an hour but they never come back! Meanwhile, the backend team marks the ticket as resolved.
