    @airtelindia you people may give best fibre internet but your services are worst. I would never suggest anyone to go for extreme Airtel fibre. You are a good example of how service delivery along with product is equally important.

    But the thing is they in 5 years never ever tried to face the actual problem of mine at my problematic location, after complaining when i say i am facing problem since 5years @airtelindia executives say that why are u with then if you have issues. Is this how a company represent.

    So, from past 5 ******* years, i have been regularly complaining about my Network to @airtelindia , & the main part is @Airtel_Presence airtel doesn't care at all. Having changed my sim for 4-5 times, they all say it's my fault.

    @airtelindia I lodged complain Airtel TV is not working a week ago. Customer care told that next day engineer will visit but none came. After two days one person called and said this is not area someone else will visit. No one came and they don't ready to connect me any senior.Worst service

    I have done yearly recharge on airtel prepaid and my money got deduct from my bank acc But the airtel store is not even responding .talk with customer care nobody is raising complaint for the same.they are not returning my money Airtel care is worst @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @UdaiNeer @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Even I have faced this same issue. I had registered a SR for Static IP and the issue was closed and marked as resolved within 4 hours and no happy code was taken from me. Even till now the Static IP is not working after closing the complaint.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia please help to asign some good sales team person. Requested for new connection airtel executive asked to share details on whatsapp or wait for 1 hr to come at your home.More than 2 hr but he is not coming not sure airtel team serous of getting new customer or not

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have issues with Bad service given by you my jio fiber has no internet from 5 days and no one has reached to fix it and I want refund of my recharge as compensation and I am switching to @airtelindia ou keep your crap Internet services to yourself
