[3/3] As of now I have contacted the @airtelindia Appellate authority, raised a complaint about the consumer forum, and sent a legal notice but I am still awaiting a formal reply. Isn't Airtel liable to be penalized over such business practices? Grievance Number: 2487941

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Tickets closed without resolving ticket no-128339128. Second ticket closed without resolving ticket no-128726908 . Now a third new number generated yesterday ticket no-128860118 . U will close this number also or u will really resolve the issue ?
