Req 31-1000014292419 13/6 still pending… nobody has visited to check faulty router . so I have requested cancellation of services 31-1000014344291 15/june so now sit back and rest on your chair .. sorry for being with you

  Worst roaming experience ever with @VodafoneIN_News stranded at morocco after taking roaming pack! Half a day gone chatting wt bots n agents yet issue unsolved! Calling heloline doesnt work! Alone, helpless. Will go bk to india and change to @airtelindia

  Well done #Animesh Roy... if it's true then there are thousands of #airtelblack customers if @airtelindia who will stand with you. These hoaxes need to be exposed. I ended up paying 5000 rupees to their installtion guy on infantry road bengaluru for installation and never got the connection as well . Finally settled for @reliancejio

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Multiple calls by me in 3 days but neither my money got refunded nor the service for IPTV got installed. It is a very frustrating situation that your customer care is not even replying or contacting over email or call!! Mailed 2days back bt no reply.

  @airtelindia This issue is quite urgent for me as I need internet access for an emergency. Kindly prioritize checking this matter and provide an update as soon as possible. If the recharge benefits cannot be activated immediately, please process a refund at the earliest.
