    @airtelindia you billed me erroneously for someone else’s account, took the money for 3 months, I spent 5 hours trying to or speaking to 121 team. Sent all information on mail. Ur team said problem resolved. Still waiting for refund, now got mail asking for info all over again

    @airtelindia scam I have done a recent recharge with 999 which offer @DisneyPlusHS subscription but when I tried hotstar its not included. @Airtel_Presence response - when you do such recharge contact customer care first What d hell 😡
