@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I just had a call with Airtel executive on 121 regarding Broadband not working and they helped with upgrade to Fiber and promised to fix the problem. Fiber promise again and happening since last 1 week. #AirtelBlackpoorservice

Hey @airtelindia I have requested relocation for Airtel Xtreme Fibernet 4 days back, contacted customer care at-least 5 times, issue hasn’t been resolved yet. Disappointed with the service. Can you help me here or should I choose alternate ISP ?
