    @airtelindia My Wi-Fi has been completely non-functional for the last 2 days. Your customer executive says it is due to an “unavoidable outage” in area, but there has been no clear update or resolution timeline. Please look into this urgently and restore the service at earliest.

    @airtelindia I disconnected my Airtel Xstream Fiber (08015604041_wifi) in Bangalore. I was told the router would be collected from my hometown in Kerala, but it still hasn’t been collected. I can’t reach customer care as the connection is disconnected. Please arrange pickup ASAP.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @bhartiairtelfdn I have raised multiple complaints regarding the same issue, but the problem is still not resolved. The attached screenshots clearly show that several network complaints have already been marked as “completed”, despite the issue continuing.

    6 DAYS. 4 AIRTEL STORES. STILL NO NETWORK! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Jio SIM was disconnected on 13 Aug after porting to Airtel. It’s 18 Aug and Airtel still hasn’t activated my num due to a backend/KYC issue. I’ve been running store to store for 6 days. ESCALATE & FIX IT!
