A WhatsApp call works better using data network of a Local Service provider, than a Mobile call from the same Service provider! Do you call it Vocal for Local? Or Glocal to Local? A pity that a US company delivers better Voice Calls using local data! @airtelindia @sunilbmittal

@airtelindia pathetic cx service and u all changes d plan without letting cx know. As per Airtel u can use 100 rs talktime after adding rs 79 more validity recharge, so u will get 81 rs. Talktime by paying rs 179

My request to all non airtel users plss don't port to airtel worst customer service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence They increased the smart plan cost now u have to recharge minimum 79rs per month and u couldn't abel to send sms to send sms u have to recharge minimum 129 rs
