When a customer wishes to discontinue these services, all other services are disconnected. @airtelindia

If you're a postpaid user, you don't even get a daily data quota your plan just shows 'Unlimited' Once you hit 300GB in a month, your data stops. And the worst part? You can't even buy an extra data add-on because there's no option for it. 😭 Such a Pathetic move @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Now I have a different wifi. But they are still billing me for WiFi and not cancelling it. Worst is I can't even port my sim.
