Why? What did loyalty ever do to deserve the slow lane? You did not invent a new technology. You simply throttled the old one for your most disciplined customers and sold the throttling as a feature. Airtel had solved the issue. and i have received my network and recharge amount back to my number. 27 days To solve a customer issue is a long time.
