@Airtel_Presence Guys, it’s been more than 2 days and I can’t see any thing happening on this front. The network is genuinely getting pathetic with each passing day. If you can’t service customers, better inform and we can migrate to a different service provider @airtelnews @airtelindia

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, as a top-tier #OneAirtel customer I am eligible for an upgrade to the Xtream Box. Placed a request 72 hours back with no response yet. In every call I am told that it will be installed shortly. Nothing happens and i need to run around again. Why?

@airtelindia Living in centre of the city (Gurgaon) & still getting worst internet & voice call experience. My number 9650000431 is in family plan with 4 connected number and 9 year old number. Complaint not resolved since last 6 month. Will port out soon. Vodafone is Good Here.

@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence The network in Sector 56, Gurgaon has gone from bad to worse. It’s getting impossible to make calls, connect to other mobiles and even attend calls - the voices on either sides hardly get through. Pls look into this on priority.
