@airtelindia i placed order for for DTH but past two weeks the airtel technitian postponing the installation of DTH. This is the sevice i am getting from Airtel. Now i am planing to get connection of Jio fiber. Thank you Airtel for great Service.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am appalled at such pathetic support from Airtel. I have never seen a customer service industry that shows this level of apathy. Had DMed my queries & concerns, but yet to get even an acknowledgement. Few yrs back it wasn't the case with Airtel

@JioCare Connection quality has become quite a problem in recent times with @Airtel_Presence, however they still are the quickest to resolve any issues. @airtelindia Airtel is better than from you JIO!!

@airtelindia customer care service has degraded over the years. I just asked them to associate email address with my number and they messed up the email address big time. Completely different from what I asked them to update.They don’t even know the ETAs #badservice #disappointed

Y'day My @airtelindia SIM suddenly stopped showing network.Visited Store & that Guy ask me to change sim.I agreed & he asked me Rs 50 for that. I questioned the same but then realised the strategy. 326 Mn users * Rs 50 = Rs.16,300 Mn of extra income. @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare
