@TRAI Jio network is worst. Also they should not restrict how we use our paid plan like by using hotspot. Prices are too high and forced to buy 2gb/day. Too many spam calls @airtelindia

  • urstrulyshubh
    Shubham Rajesh Shukla (@urstrulyshubh) reported

@airtelindia what is happening with my postpaid numbers , it is showing suspected spam to other person we are connecting. There 2 numbers associated with my ID. If this is service then definitely today only we will port out.

  • ashish_swaroop
    ashish swaroop (@ashish_swaroop) reported

Have been using two @airtelindia Premium Postpaid connections, but the experience of reaching customer care is absolutely terrible. For a premium service, the customer support is deeply disappointing. What’s the point of paying more if you can’t even speak to a representative.

@airtelindia @airtelnews It's been 48+ hours since I paid ₹1,500 for a new Wi-Fi connection and completed KYC. No installation, no call, no update. Customer care misled me twice . Resolve this or I'll file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline. Request ID: EKGDSSQFYP

Two months without a proper network in Abhama, Pulwama. Every call to Airtel customer care ends with the same false promise, "wait 4 hours." We are tired of excuses. Either fix the issue immediately or tell us if we should port to another network. Enough is enough. @airtelindia
