    @airtelindia how many times I explain to your technician on my issue who leaves with out providing any updates on the issue but end up closing the ticket. It's in the best interest that I switch to someone else with the hope for better service.thank you

    @airtelindia I ordered UPS device through app. It has been days but no update. There is no way to connect to customer care. Raised multiple requests but it gets auto closed. Please look into it. Thanks

    It’s a shame to say @airtelindia need to train their executives. Worst customer satisfaction given. Harsh words used by @airtelindia executives. “No network service available, but while asking for it, they always delay by 1 day” and worst language used.

    @airtelindia sorry, but Airtel👎 is the worst company I got a prepaid Sim, paid for 12 months in advance, as I was travelling overseas, Airtel canceled my service / based on my VISA status, where as I am holding OCI, I waisted 5 hours in Airtel office close to Tilak Nagar,no help
