@TRAI I have subscribed for all Sony channels ( sports, entertainment etc). I have paid for these. All of sudden two days back they discontinued these channels. The executive informed that by default these were disconnected. What kind of reply is this. Please help @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This has been faced since day 1 of postpaid connection ,more than 15days. No benefit of getting postpaid, This issue is on every location, Shouldn't have ported out from Jio @reliancejio @JioCare to Airtel, just needed postpaid so had to .. regret my decision

@airtelindia I was given 3 months waiver due to service deficiency and problem/issue with my nearest dp and cat wire. I was provided with the 3 months resolution on 12th June but the customer care executive refused to provide us with the same on July and now there are ignoring my email. Shame

@airtelindia can you provide the carrier aggression support to at least those small cities also where Jio has already provided. Hoping to get soon and the internet speed would be enhanced. Currently using prepaid and postpaid both connection of @airtelindia. Poor internet service
