    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia can you please look at the speed of the network, my entire village is using airtel service but no proper bandwidth. No one is worried even after multiple complaints.

    @airtelindia Never recharge Airtel number in advance based on their SMS, because recharge pack come into effect from the day of recharge not day of your existing pack expiry, so you lose validity days, this is Fraud.

    This charge keeps getting added back as overdue and is resulting in me receiving 3-5 calls a day from the Billing team. Meanwhile, Customer Support has gone silent. Request immediate support @airtelindia #Airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Please do something concrete to resolve my issue by today rather than sitting on the request. At least tell me WHY the outgoing calls and SMS are not working. Or else please let me know the procedure to port to other carriers.

    @airtelindia Wifi not working from 2/1/2021 we raised complained yesterday and its 24 hrs still issue not resolved. Your technicians refused to visit the premises and asking for the happy code too. Please suggest how much more time or days it will take to resolve a petty issue.
