  @airtelindia Airtel has taken a vow to never respond to my issue with the SIM. Tweeted and DM'ed multiple times in last 2 weeks. Airtel Store guys are pathetic. Customer care number doesn't work. Takes 15 days to get response on mail. What else should I try?

  @airtelindia I am unable to register email address on my mobile number 8308981333. Made many tries, calling 121, through Airtel Thanks App, sending Mail, but no use. Even DM the Twitter handle, but no response, useless company and useless service.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I don’t how your system is working? Without knowing to the customer and mobile, messages we’re getting sent to international number? How this is possible also raised a concern for multiple times SR is getting closed without any resolution.
