@nitin1315 @airtelindia @TRAI There will be a lot more consequences in near future, having very few service providers in this domain. There will be a monopoly soon. There is no recharge to keep your number active for a year (minimum is 79/28 days now from 49). 13 months a year as per the telecom industry😠

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm unable to recieve msgs & when i tried to call complaint no. 198 it's saying it's a chargeable no. What the crap? How is a customer supposed to lodge a complaint? 1st you don't offer services then you charge for lodging a complaint? @DoT_India
