    Hi @airtelindia , We’ve had no access to your WiFi for over 27hrs. It showed that there’s a problem in the area & the time to resolution has been shifted multiple times. I need this fixed asap as we’re WFH employees and this is gross negligence. I need a solution asap.

    @airtelindia Improve ur Wi-Fi network. It’s been month every 3-4 day there is problem in connection , and after complaining it’s takes 2-3 days to resolve it then again problem occurs.

    @Choprarun @airtelindia Since there's a duopoly now, we don't have anywhere to go. We have to live with the pathetic service of these large corporations.
