@airtelindia My internet was cut due to some bill issues which wasn’t even sent to me. Now the customer care is calling me for 15 times a day and shouting over the call. This is complete harassment of a customer. They are saying that this is we get payment.

I am experiencing worst service by @airtelindia, I have purchased 100Mbps plan but since 2 days its giving only 16-20 Mbps and service provider is keep fooling me by saying yes we are coming in half an hour and all. @airtelindia please look into it.

@airtelindia feeling cheated by airtel. On Nov 9th 2021 I had gone to powai branch to cancel my broadband. Now I got bill for dec and jan. Branch confirms this but say I need to attend call by airtel office in which they may try to retain customer only then it will be stop.

@airtelindia I have raised a ticket 31-3847933450155. But I'm not getting any resolution. The connectivity is very poor in this area neither the voice nor the internet works. I'm following up since years but airtel's service is poor. I need a resolution to this asap.
