    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what a downfall. Below standard service with frequent wifi cuts. Your customer service gives a generic answer which we already know and acts privileged/ uninterested, doesn't share any further info. What a waste!!

    Now they say: “No disconnection request exists. Pay first to raise one.” So customers are forced to pay even when service fails? @airtelindia explain this.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I booked for Airtel TV installation. I got 5-6 calls I asked them to come on 26th APR 2026 for installation but no one turned up. I had already paid for Rs200/- for service charges not I am not looking for the same. Please refund the amount

    @airtelindia When will the service disruption be corrected at pincode 411057, it’s been 2 days and I had received communication from Airtel on SMS acknowledging same yesterday but issue still persist.

    Dear @airtelindia if you can't provide smooth services kindly let us know. I'm tired of your ****** services, firstly my internet speed was slow and getting disconnected frequently but now you guys have suspended my services despite paying the bill. Why? @JM_Scindia plz help.
