  Everytime I call on customer care it gives recorded voice that "we are facing technical issue in your area" gives random time and extend it no proper service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia @airtelindia # Sunil Mittal , I will keep on exposing the worst service of Airtel where ticket is getting closed without attending the call. Some one calls and than ticket gets closed. You guys r interested only in installation not in resolution

  @airtelindia i have been using your postpaid sim and ur internet doesnt work at all. There is no way to reach ur customer care. thanks app is useless when will I be vale to use my internet that I am paying premium price for. U always bill me on time but never solve my problems

  5g network condition is very very very much worse for the last two (2) months, Xtreme fibre condition is also very bad for the last few days. should I shift/ port my connection to another network. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia getting service of 2g by paying for 5g. @DoT_India

  @airtelindia This is unacceptable. Paid my Airtel Black bill, internet works fine but DTH (3053271273-001) is suspended for “non-payment”. Your team says it’s “blacklisted” but has no reason. Multiple complaints closed without fixing anything. 5 days, no resolution.
