    @airtelindia Hi, I've been using your service since 2018. But, I don't know why after every 1.5-2 yrs, the sim stops working. I reached to your customer service as my sim again stoped working and they said to swap the sim with new one. Man this is really harassing process. 1/2

    For that message we have to pay ₹45 for Incoming???. It is better to switch to @JioCare some what better than @airtelindia . If no improvement in your network means will do this. Thank you.

    Imagine paying for 4g and not even able to use 2g speed! What a bad experience with @airtelindia they don't even care about their customers it's been 3times Ihave complained but no attention @Airtel_Presence now it's time to switch to some other network iampaying600permonthwaste
