    @airtelindia Poor service sets an example by Airtel DTH once again. Only in need of money rather than given service. No value for customer. Very bad experience. Replacement of box in every 6 months. How can big giant do this?

    @airtelindia For past 1month tried email/phone/tweet(DM) to convey network problem. Got tweet reply asking for recharge. New tower has good jio signal V-poor Airtel signal. You lost few hundred HNI customers, switching to JIO. bye
