@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your people told me that the fibre optics people are third party vendors. What's the point of having them when they can't even do simple work? They've just been dragging us asking for 1 hour, 2 hour, but never showing up.

@airtelindia Changed my Airtel no from postpaid to prepaid yesterday morning.Since then there is no network. Postpaid CC say it’s converted to prepaid and Prepaid CC say they haven’t received the details. I visited an Airtel gallery;staff has raised a request but no update yet.
