@airtelindia my Internet is down since 1530 hrs. A complaint was raised, as being a platinum member, a technician visit was scheduled and the technician visited. They did a hard reset multiple times on the router, contacted backend team for configuration, still no luck. (1/2)

@airtelindia What the hell is happening, I have raised the complain No.10016275403 on 23/01/22. I have called customer care multiple times.They are doing nothing except escalation of complain. Kindly note that I will discontinue the service if it is not resolved within 12 hrs
