    @airtelindia, you guys have the worst customer service. I have been trying to talk over the call, but somehow your AI over the call doesn't work and I am unable to reach a human who can help. And local people at the shop don't know anything. Worst experience.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #airtel not given permission to recharge minimum 199 rupees, i need to uninstall and install airtel app for that. Few months i am facing issue. @jio best in this case and for network also.

    Airtel customer care: nonexistent. Spoken to four customer service specialists about the Airtel Digital TV issue from Monday. Each promised an SMS or callback. Zero tickets raised. Zero channels working. @airtelindia
