    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst service and worst team still the issue is not solved On top of that they closed ticket and again open new ticket. No update on new ticket.

    @Airtel_Presence 48 straight hours of outage, no resolution, no accountability, just copy paste apologies from @Airtel_Presence. Will you charge me only for 28 days of service? You won’t, but when service is down continuously, customers just get scripted replies. @airtelindia this is pathetic.
