  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI It's been over a month and Airtel has still failed to restore 5G service despite repeated complaints. I paid ₹649 for Unlimited 5G but cannot use it at my location. Why are customers being charged for a service that isn't being provided?

  Dear @airtelindia I have an Airtel plan with unlimited 5G data. However, my 4G data is being consumed first even though my phone is showing a 5G network and I try to contact customer care, the automated message says Your mobile does not have recharge to connect to customer care.

  Does @airtelindia care about its customers? We have four connects on family plan. Main number network disappears frequently. Repeated complaints. No action. Nodal officer- Lip service. Same handset with jio Sim. No issues. @airtelindia
