Disappointed with the @airtelindia DTH services. There is no clear validity mentioned in the website. And if we request in the website then customer service explaining the plan with 6 month validity but the same cannot be booked in website. @Airtel_Presence 011100840764_dsl

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Its been found that 3 or more tower in my area ( keezhallur, Kerala) pin - 670612 has been switched off due to low customer base. Then what about the existing customers? Is this the way you treat your customers !! Strange.

@Airtel_Presence Airtel does not care anymore. 48, 45 and 49 Rupees pack discontinued and now we have to recharge with 79 for mere 28 days validity just for keeping sim active. Airtel is becoming greedy now a days. Time to port to other network. @airtelindia

@ViCustomerCare As per your new policy sms service will not available below the recharge of 128 but no one informed us. I am struggling for 2hr just because my sms service was not working. Now it’s time to leave Vi. @airtelindia & @reliancejio am coming.
