They replied saying my request was being prioritised and that I would receive an update within 24–48 hours. Even that deadline passed

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Monday came. No technician. No call. No update. When I contacted Airtel Customer Care again to reopen the complaint, the response from the local representative was shocking.
