  @airtelindia I ported my number from BSNL to Airtel. My BSNL SIM stopped working yesterday night, but the Airtel SIM has still not been activated. I have been without network service since then. Kindly look into this issue and activate my number at the earliest.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You DM'ed that the issue will be resolved by 3 PM today. It's almost 8 PM now with no resolution in sight. It's been almost an entire day without service. This level of customer service is absolutely useless.

  Airtel broadband is down 2nd time in 2 weeks. Airtel app is not letting me raise a ticket. no way to contact a real person. The customer care is carefully curated to avoid customer interaction. time to switch to jio or cherrinet @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare
