    @airtelindia Still the issue persists, no response from the @Airtel_Presence I'm tired of following up with the Airtel customer care. Please get my issue fixed ASAP. Other msgs is fine but not receiving the OTP is very disgusting. Try to understand and give a quick resolution.

    Customet harassment by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I brought a new Airtel broadband connection. The bill is generated every month. The service guy took the modem but had not initiated a disconnection. I have not been using the old connection since April (082145989334_kk).
