Did an Airtel recharge on 6th January of Rs 49 through Airtel Thanks app. Amt debited from my account and I registered a Service Request the same day. Today they closed it and money still not refunded. What is this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence !!! Will i ever get my money back!!

I have visited both Airtel and Samsung stores to resolve the issue. While the Airtel team claims the fault is with the phone , the Samsung team is saying the issue is with the airte network. As all 5g Airtel sims have an issue with Samsung phone’s compatibility. @airtelindia
