Since 1 year I am registering and requesting for @reliancejio fiber and @airtelindia fiber. Leave fiber, they have not been able to fix their mobile network issues. And these 2 companies claim to be the fastest 4G provider of India.

@airtelindia Having a bad experience, just in the inquiry process for Xtreme Broadband. The ‘customer journey’ is very bad. Some challenges - if you call on 022-44444121 which is on your website, it assumes you are already a customer. No option to inquire or ‘new connection’.

@airtelindia Even after clearing the outstanding dues with BSNL my services has not been resumed in Airtel. I am neither able to lodge a complaint via Airtel thanks app nor Call your customer care.
