    Disgusted by @airtelindia & @Airtel_Presence treating costumers like their slaves. No intention to find out the problem or hear out what a customer had to say even after giving a contact number as they requested. No wonder other providers like @reliancejio is doing much better.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence If you can't give service in any are you install extreme fibre or ask your customer how your extreme fibre is working then no need of your 5g 4g fibre add's the worst service for Airtel extreme fibre till date I ever saw

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence have faced intermittent dropouts for the past 4-6 months. SR gets closed without resolution. Spoke to Amresh Nath for this ongoing issue, who refused to share the call reference number for me to escalate, ticket id: COTHR3EST2022091853 1839. HELP!

    Dear @airtelindia , facing horrible customer care experience. I requested for broadband cancellation after service guy told me its not feasible to provide broadband at my home..I paid for 6 months which is 3000.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 4g internet stops working while calling as your network shifts us to 2G for calls. This started a few days back. The Internet should work while calling that's how 4G works. @DoT_India kindly look into it.
