Planning to change your carrier to @airtelindia ? Don't do it!!! They sweep you in for the all in one place of ₹1999 with additional tax and an Xtreme set up box. In my case, they charged me for the set up box. I raised my concern on 10th November and the issue still persists.

@airtelindia My number is saying out of service, when someone tries to call me. Tried restarting the phone, and selecting network manually. Didn't work. Recharge of Rs 10 was successful. Can you please check?

@airtelindia know the difference in loyal vs. random customer while solving the concerns! In no time a loyal irritated customer can become a random one! Raised a complaint to the Customer care team and the Nodal officer on email and now sending reminders too!!!!
