  @Aditya_6522 @airtelindia Airtel is scam they tell that they provide unlimited 5g on some recharge but when u use it despite of having 5g coverage they provide 4g network and speed and exhaust the daily limit of 4g itself. Its a totally scam

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI I requested a PORT code from Airtel and got a call from your retention team who promised waiver of late payment charges and resolve my network issues by sending some configuration messages. Unfortunately I can't see the waiver or rec text.

  Just scrolling the @airtelindia app for airtel black and received a call with in a minute for installation. @reliancejio is not able to send their engineer from last 2 days for service disruption issue. I wish service team have same enthu as sales

  @airtelindia! You use "Professional Couriers" who don't even service my area. My check returned because they never called. I want my full ₹1400 refund via Bank Transfer within a month, or I am filing a formal complaint in Consumer Court. 🚨 #CustomerHarassment @consaff

  @airtelindia, it's been a whole day and I still can't get a customer service agent! The one assigned to me clearly doesn't care. What am I supposed to do now???? You guys send a ton of agents when it's time to recharge, but when I need help with your service, it's crickets!

  @airtelindia Closed my DTH mid-cycle. Was asked to clear dues without a bill. Later, a new bill ignored my payment. Customer care has no answers, only bots. Dear Airtel customers, beware of this new gimmick.

  Hi @airtelindia Why your store guys always push for giving postpaid conversion as a solution for prepaid no issue it seems like scamthey don’t even try to solve the issue for prepaid sim and always force for “postpaid karwa lo problem khatam ho jayegi” Pls look @TRAI @JM_Scindia
