  @Anshuma40208584 @JioCare @airtelindia Bhai, The situation is exactly the same here. Very poor Jio signal and pathetic internet connectivity in Lucknow, the capital city of UP. I also raised a complaint last week, but unfortunately, it was all in vain. If this continues, customers will have no reason to stay with Jio.

The current speeds and connectivity are far below expectations and often feel comparable to 2G performance.   @airtelindia I will only pay my internet bill if you airtel tv works. The contact option in your app doesn't work. You are more than welcome to come and take your wifi with you but I will not pay my outstanding till my issue is resolved

  Finally I switched in @JioCare @reliancejio from @airtelindia after 7 year . Because I am suffering an issue of 5G since last 5 to 7 month but no one resolved my problem.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet is not working from last 10 days and same issue I faced in last month as well. Service request:- 11038287160 No assigned engineer is coming to check the issue and when I call them they say I do not check this area. Please look into this.

  @airtelindia @TRAI Airtel, are you only going to make recharges expensive, or will you actually provide internet service too? I recharged with a 5G plan and have a 5G phone, yet the speed is zero. People of the country, let's get rid of Airtel.

  @TRAI Jio and Airtel are in a bad state in the villages! Looking at their networks, it feels like we only gained independence on paper; in reality, we are still enslaved. When we pay for such expensive recharges, what is the problem with providing a good network? @JioCare @airtelindia
