    I raised an issue with customer care for stealing of Data. I spoke customer care and they checked for bill cycle going to end on 05Feb, data usage is only 140GB out of 195GB and they said that data limit has been exhausted. this is happening from 3months @airtelindia @airtelnews

    I have some internet issues with both @JioCare @airtelindia when using 4G network. So im considering getting a new broadband connection. But i have no clues about installation charges, gst or other hidden charges. I would be thankful if any of your men contact me.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have asked for shifting my connection within 1 KM of my previous place on 28th Jan for 31st Jan but till now nobody has responded, I have called multiple times to Airtel customer care and they have only made fake promises like wait for 4 hours etc

    @airtelindia running after your customer care for past 3 months to end family plan and switch to airtel prepaid but your service #sucks @Airtel_Presence even dropped a mail had confirmation from store representative social media representative with no result #badservice

    @airtelindia my reservice request for broadband is pending for 3 days and i have already called airtel black customer care 3 time . no one is bothered to give update. can i know if there is a way to escalate ?
