    @airtelWifichd0 @airtelindia Pls look into my issue as I made pymnt for chnl subscription frm upi frm TV chnl(Disney hotstar)and pymnt has been debited frm mybank and credited to Airteldigital but no chnl is subscribed and there is no refund also it do not show in pymnt history.

    @airtelindia My sim has been changed from prepaid to postpaid. I want to keep it prepaid. I visited Airtel store Santacruz East but they refused to make it prepaid and even after porting out they told me to check wherever I am and I am not even able to talk to customer care.

    @airtelindia internet isn't working properly. Every time I get the help it says technical issues or talk to the advisor . Fix it! Can't be calling or trying to fix the internet everyday.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @airtelindia Recharged my Airtel number at 8:58 AM via Paytm — money deducted, still “operator down”. Tried your AI + IVR circus, no way to reach a human. Is this the service we are paying for? Absolute harassment.

    @Paytm I made a payment for my @airtelindia recharge. Payment was successful in the Paytm app but recharge has not been received yet. Paytm support is asking me to wait 48 hours — but how can I wait that long for a mobile recharge I need urgently for calls & messages? Very bad

    @airtelindia Are you sleeping over the problem of the customers??? Like no option in the app or contact number to talk to a human!!! Only mechanical repetitive message of resolving my WiFi issue but no progress… it’s been 3 days…

    I think now I need to leave to use smartphones coz I almost used every sim card for internet and everyone works most of the days ok and one day they show there worst side same as with vi jio and now I experienced this with Airtel 😢 bsnl is the best 👍 @airtelindia @airtelnews
