    @airtelnews Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia. My services were deactivated while I’m abroad, and I’m told that I or a blood relative must visit Karnataka to resolve it. None of us live there! How is this a solution? @Airtel_Presence Please resolve this urgently.

    @ArunBee @airtelindia Same happens with me yesterday, they had generated a service request, even then assigned engineer is spamming calls again and again. Worst brand

    @airtelindia Pathetic service ..SR raised around 1.5 months back for disconnection of DTH(Sr 658051849 & 65796434). Sảme is closed without any work.. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @Airtel_Presence Hi @airtelindia tried sending DM and raising requestsets but nothing. It is such a disappointing service that you guys provide and even you chatbot is lame and waste. Still the service is not restored and engineers are saying they are unable to fix it.

    @AirfiberAi93958 @airtelindia I have registered for new airfiber connection on Sunday, they promised connection will be done in next 72 hours, after 120 hours no response from airtel team, so I called them no support from customer side, they just only local technician can help
