    @airtelindia Last 1 year I requested many times to upgrade or installation of 5g tower in Village -Gyaspur Post -karauta pin code 803202 But No installation done after sending many mails, airtel is not customer care oriented company,they think advertisement is key for growth and success

    @airtelindia what's wrong no network in my area. Airtel was working really well few yrs back now I don't even get any signals in my area. And the customer support is **** so only option for us is to switch to jio. Navi Mumbai airport is just 10min distance and this is the service

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Pathetic service. No real support—just delays till the billing cycle ends, Customer care = endless hold, excuses, then disconnect. Paying for service, getting frustration. Absolutely unacceptable. #PoorService #CustomerExperience

    Update on Req ID: U3R931A3ET. Agent Rajender Singh returned ₹1300 after pressure, but ₹200 is still MISSING. Why is @airtelindia allowing agents to keep customer refunds? I have shared all proofs in DM and email. Resolve this today or I’m heading to @ConsumerCourt. #AirtelFraud

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence do u have any meaning of customer service? The worst experience, issue raised on march 4th, closed without resolution or without information on 24th march,again issue raised on 29th march ,still issue not resolved.
