The people of our village are very thankful to Airtel for taking this initiative to improve communication facilities in our area. However, the tower installation work appears to be incomplete, and the network services have not yet been activated. Due to the lack of proper mobile network and internet connectivity, the residents are facing difficulties in communication and online services. Therefore, we kindly request you to complete the remaining installation procedures and activate the network services as soon as possible. We also request you to consider installing and enabling 5G equipment and services instead of 4G, which would greatly benefit the villagers with faster and better connectivity for future needs. We hope Airtel will take necessary action at the earliest and provide uninterrupted network coverage to our village. Thanking you. Today is 12th May and nothing has happened yet. I’ve called customer care multiple times but no action has been taken. Extremely disappointing service.
