@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - I have ur broadband connect in Sahakarnagar, Bengaluru. Do u have issues with ut net? I cannot call on the wireline phone (busy tone) and the DSL connectivity is there w/o internet. I hv seen this on multiple times. Today it is persisting.

@airtelindia I haven't heard from support yet. What was the resolution on the case? I have raised this issue multiple times but they are not willing to resolve the issue. After 6 months of continuous disturbances, I decided to port out from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

I am dumbfounded by how poor the @airtelindia handles their customers. They will show a lot of ads for Airtel Xstream but once you buy it, you won't get a proper connection. If you raise a ticket it's never gonna get resolved. I raised a ticket it's been a week still not resolved
