  Pathetic service from @airtelindia, since yesterday yesterday mine broadband+d2h connection is not working due to outrage since yesterday yesterday i had called multiple times to customer care everytime they give new time for service restoration.

  @Airtel_Presence Airtel’s network is a masterclass in how not to run one—signal vanishes, tower bars hover at embarrassing lows, and outages arrive with clockwork precision. It’s less a telecom service & more a disappearing act. Sort it out- it’s a farce. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It’s been many days since I raised a complaint about network coverage issues in my area. I was assured it’s ‘under progress’ with regular updates, but there’s been no improvement and no updates at all. Really disappointed with the service.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with Airtel 5G in Kadivadu (524410). The tower is only 3km away, yet I have ZERO signal indoors. Even on the 1st floor, speeds are too slow to load a basic page. ​Months of complaints and no improvement. WFH is impossible! 🚨
